I can’t stop making this recipe. I’m addicted. Yesterday I saw some yellow peppers at the market so today I made a yellow version of this, with yellow spices. It turned out amazing
Just made this. Absolutely delicious! Lucky I happened to have everything I needed in the pantry and roasted my own peppers. Bringing it to a dinner party tonight and I know it will be a hit.
I love my kitchenaid food processor! It's really big and has multiple settings (for slicing, shredding or blending depending on the blade). It's easy to clean and feels super sturdy
Your videos are very sweet! I’m Lebanese and Syrian.. for mhamara from Halab- they add a red pepper roasted or raw, salt, red Syrian pepper, pomegranate molasses, walnuts and bread crumbs plain, cumin and extra virgin olive oil.. I noticed your recipe is a little different- good luck with your channel!
Magimix. French made but widely available. I think Williams Sonoma sells them. Here in France the motors are guaranteed 30 years. They have all kinds of accessory kits too. Can’t wait to try this recipe in mine!
I do not get it why so many recipes used bread crumbs while the original recipe calls for Bulgur. Recently some people started using quinoa for those who can not tolerate gluten. By the way we always highly recommended soaking the walnuts overnight before using them in this recipe.
Love this dip, served at my local Lebanese restaurant, and absolutely delicious! Going to have a go at making my own because I love this dish so much, and basically would like to eat it nearly every night, lol 😋😊
Thanks so much for your super clear video! I had Muhamarra for the first time in a local restaurant last week, and was blown away by it! So I’ll defo be trying this. Thankyou :)
Your missing cumin which is very important in this recipe, I’m from Aleppo Syria. But we don’t put sumac. I guess everyone has different recipes. I’m sure it’s tasty!
Great recipe, thanks a lot! About the processor, don’t get yourself a Vitamix. Coz if you have one you never wanna work with any other processor anymore 😉
Which kind bread crumbs did you use? I prefer to make my own bread crumbs. Should I toast the bread first? Not good at cooking but want to try your recipe.
Does anyone make this without breadcrumbs? When I first made this recipe, I tasted it before adding the bread crumbs and it was amazing. After I added the bread crumbs (I used panko), it tasted awful. Has anyone else experienced this?
Don’t buy a new one I miss my old kitchen aid (the same one you have). I have had the new kitchen aid and the new cuisinart and nothing beats that food processor you’re using. They don’t make them like they used to.

Made it for a party and it came out perfect! Definitely a crowd pleaser! Thank you for sharing the recipe!!
I’ve tried a few muhammara recipes and this has become my go to recipe! Absolutely love the flavours! Thank you so much for sharing this recipe! 😊
My pleasure 😊
I made this and it was SO much better than hummus! Great recipe!

Food processors are the best!!
This is the most delicious thing I ever put in my mouth.
The color is outstanding! I’ll use the olive oil from our very own olive farm in Italy. I just go crazy for your recipes. So happy with them.
It tasted amazing!! Everyone should give it a try

Thanks that’s a great recommendation!
The only Magimix I found, was over $900. That’s crazy!
@@deendrew36 Yikes, really? That is crazy indeed!
Delish Recipe!!! Cuisinart makes a great food processor !
Oh that looks amazing! I'm definitely gonna make that one.
Do you recommend to refrigerate or is it best served room temperature?

What's the alternative to using Sumac
don't use it no big deal.
Hello!! Can i use pomegranate balsamic reduction instead of molases? I cant find it in my country xxx
Great recipe, thanks a lot!
About the processor, don’t get yourself a Vitamix. Coz if you have one you never wanna work with any other processor anymore 😉
I looked up your recipe on the link you provided, and there is no Aleppo pepper in the list of ingredients. Is that a mistake?
What is an alternarive for that pomegrenate molass?
That looks yummy!
Excellent 👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌😌
That looks tasty
It really is!
I tried this home , eventually it became successful... tasty like anything ... but I want to know where can I get that “aleppo pepper “?
So glad! We carry Aleppo Pepper at our online shop. Here is the link to find it: bit.ly/TMD-Aleppo-Pepper
💚🤗👍🏼my favorite Sryian dip🇸🇾
Can this be made in a VitaMix blender? It looks mouthwatering
Yes it sure can!

Nice
Great
Cuisenart is the best food processor ever...
How authentic is this recipe? & where does this dish specifically come from?
Thanks for the recipe. Muhammara is lebanese too
My friend who is from Aleppo uses to add fennel seeds
What food processor do u use?
Kitchen Aid, but it’s pretty old 😊
Things to make with leftover Muhammara ??

I don’t add bread crumbs ever. Just don’t see the need for them in this particular recipe.
Are you from Lebanon?
Robot Coupe, absolutely the very best but VERY expensive :(
Don't you have to roast the walnuts?
The link to the recipe is not the same recipe shown on here.
The recipe you linked is different than the recipe you posted here.
I use kashmiri chili pepper for heat
Nice Dip
You dont need salt?
Why is there no in your written recipe: molasses, crumbs, sugar, ...?
The linked recipe is completely different from your video!
No Tahini ??
AROMA OF
THAT SAUCE
INCREASED
S..X APPEAL
LOVED IT ....

If you want a replacement for your Processor look no further than a BAMIX !!!
Thanks for sharing!
Haa

Nice try. Now you can do it again without the white sugar! You don't neet the extra cancer believe me you don't. 😉
Too many ingredients I am not familiar with.
It is certainly very delicious, but cooking with your hair dipped into the pot is really disgusting!
