I love how Vimlark almost missed out on the main chunk of the first game but figured it out right before he closed out
I like how dumb you are for believing that. We know he has a superior intellect and only did that to fool the low IQ fools like you.
I totally ignored the line that said you had to stand still. The proceeded to run around for like 5 min not knowing what I was supposed to do. LOL
@@crazygoosegaming2602 I'll have you know my IQ is at least 7.
Vimlark My!!! And he is humble as well!!! A real man.
@@crazygoosegaming2602 " We know he has a superior intellect" -- is that sarcasm ?
because its obviously not true
20:06 when he kills the hidden villager and thinks that the game is a giant plot twist is so good!
That's not even what happened
@@trumtrum5136 yes.. it is?
@@trumtrum5136 you can see the blood of the villager dying
loved watching the other devs slowly work their way through the arrows by blocking them with their body while vimlark is just cheesing it
*Loved...

The text in the first game is so nice.
In this game every thing is so nice!
i like how everytime its his turn hes just like, " i took 2 pixels from every single orc and tree sprite, and now i have a 1-1 scale of cthulu for my game
Power move is taking 1 pixel then recoloring it and creating a completely different art set

The video came out great! Thanks for having me, it was a fun challenge and I had a blast.
Vimlark ur mustache is the best thing I have ever seen in my life
@@bassilosman8803 hitting on his moustache
Well it does look like robotinics in the movie so may be that's the reasons
i would love if miziziziz create a ich.io jam with this theme... "you can use ONLY this asset"... then 1 week later... review the top 10 games (people vote)
HE DID!!! =D THANKS!! =D
Adam here, this was really fun to participate in :) the video turned out excellent!!
Man, the concept of your game was really cool
Dude, you're so cool. Your game-a-month thing makes me really wanna stop procrastinating make some damn games already.
Good concept good job good subscribbl
Hey, your game looks really cool and your commentary was great.
Did you make no players online?
i love vimlark accidentally discovering the third person maze on the first game just before he left
@@mikehunt3060 yet you were able to read it
“I don’t suck. I am at least average at this game”
Instant tombstone quote!
This one was an especially cool episode, all the games were super cool. Normally all the games are ok, but I really liked ALL of them this time
"You can ALWAYS make your game look good if you put enough post-processing filters on it"
Words of wisdom, my friend
Miziziziz you should expand on your game its a really cool idea, also i tried to play and it was password locked
It's public now
Miziziziz yeah I’d also love to pay and play a full version of the snake game
@@psychodopefish2354 hmm perhaps I shall make one
I second the motion for a full, paid game
the snake game is definitely an ingenious idea! I can pay a few bucks as well for a fully fleshed game
I'm love seeing the different approaches each dev has. This is a really cool series.
What?!? Vimlarks here?! Oh my gosh!
Had a lot of fun with this. Thanks for the opportunity, Miz!
cool series. consider adding a discussion with all of the participants at the end of the video to go over each other's thoughts and feedback
I Like that idea!
Oh, I wasn't expecting to see Vimlark, Miziziziz and John Jackson together in the same video! My favourite youtubers and devs :)
And I'm glad to meet Adam Pype as well.
Your game this time, holy moly. It was totally selling it quality. It felt like a really complete game. I'm inspired
Vimlark when he's ignoring the text: oh yeah this is big brain time
Ngl that snake game was sick as hell. Would totally buy a full game based on that concept
That's a Snake.
It's a Snake Game.
sounds like a bill wurtz quote
It's great what you are doing, this clearly does not exist in any other channel, thanks friend, I like to see people developing video games
This series is so underrated, thank you all for your cool game ideas! My favorite was the zombie game because I've recently been into the idea of having/making allies like a necromancer. If you ever do a game jam with a theme, I hope y'all can try out the necromancer theme!
All of these games were very creative.
Love this series, thanks for making another.
I really enjoy these videos, thanks for making them! :)
Thanks for your art kits!
Dude, Adam's game is so trippy. Also, that Snake variant looks super fun.
love this series, and all four entries were solid!
Love this series! One day I'm good enough to be in one myself - that's my goal from now on ^^
Was literally just watching through this series while taking a break from my own game dev. these are fantastic
I really love this series and you always knock it out of the park with your games. I just wish you guys would discuss the games a bit more after you've played it. I'd love to see all four devs discuss each game in an actual conversation after playing it.
Also, I think a really cool variation on this would be to swap games after 48 hours and give the participants 24 hours to take over the code base of another participant and put their own twist on the game.
I like how miziziziz does all of these quirky little crop tricks with the art sprites to combine them into different ones, despite the fact that it’s literally 4 pixels.
Man, all of them where great. The snake game is gold too.
Videos like this are why this is the best game dev channel
I love Vimlark, he puts so much effort into his reviews of the other games. His reading is great
I love this series and I think it’d be cool to see more game jam related content that differs from everyone using the same art kit.
Great format. Great devs. Great showcase of their talents too. Thanks for running these and putting the videos together.
I love these so much, it's so interesting to see developers ideas about games
Oh man I'm so excited. I've been following and enjoying Vimlark's content lately and here you have him on your series.
I swear these videos are my most looked forward to from all my youtube subs.
Man I love the thought process behind "That looks like a giant snake" LOL
Love that one of you guys used C++. It's very refreshing to see something other than Unity or Godot being used for game jams.
Thanks! Be sure to check out my channel if you're interested in more c/c++ game dev content.
Was just rewatching a lot of your videos today and was wondering when another one of these great videos would come out. Excellent work!
I just wanted to express what I thought was great about each game, also I appreciate your channel Miziziziz, Adam Pype's 2D,3D game had a cool message kind of vibe to it like appreciate what you have and don't waste time envying what you don't have. also Vimlark's the top down platformer had awesome design to it reminded me a lot of the isometric art of original starcraft. John Jackson's zombie wave survival I thought the recruiting as many civilians as you can at the start was a really cool mechanic. Then Miziziziz's snake game honestly bro I think you should polish that game and publish it. It was such an engaging idea to watch and hear everyone talk about.
Sorry for any grammatical errors/misspellings.
Such a fun series to watch. Great job all around!
Big fan of this series, good to see another episode!
This is such a great series, thanks guys!
"How am I supposed to get through these" *cuts to dev finishing the level*... nice lmao
This was tons of fun to watch and the games all look really really cool..
The second game is so cute and simple hahah really love the style!
Still one of my favorite series of any UA-camr. Please continue to do more!!!
Great video, love this series!
Really impressed with all the games, but especially the snake-game you made Miz. Looks really polished and fun!
Also I really appreciate the chill vibe and tight editing of the video. Haven't seen this type of video using the same art kits before, only individual game dev journeys or game jams. It's sick 🤙
Miz (and the the other devs of course) here giving us some quality content
Nice vid :)
Now, that snake game must evolve with some rpg elements and player driven plot with some deep philosophic dilema exploring the nature of god and ateism
This would be awesome.
I absolutely love this serie, It's always a great inspiration what you guys are able to do with such a limited artset
WOW i just saw your games in steam and they are THE BEST, great work :)
The fact that they pushed through the challenges in "snake-like" shows it was an engaging design
vimlark's reaction was PRICELESS
Thanks. This was a spectacle to watch. Lots of inspiration and motivation to continue in this journey.
This was another great episode. I love seeing how everyone takes such a different approach to the art pack :) Great work everyone!
i think this is the best series on the internet... please keep it up
Super cool to see the game you made, and with a little dialing in of the difficulty it looks like it'd be very fun!
I've never clicked on a video so quickly. I LOVE this series!
man, I like your remixing approach to the sprites, and mechanics
Niice so happy you made another one of those.. I have been reproducing the jams alone.. Hope you open the jam to the public some day
These were some banger cencepts! Very nice work!
Really cool video, every game dev had something interesting to offer in their game. It's so neat to see them play it too.
I like this series so much..Please keep doing this kind of series
these videos inspire me to not give up and keep trying to make my first game. love your content
Man this series is so awesome. I'm just starting my gamedev journey, but these videos inspire me to keep pushing.
This is an awesome series, keep it up miz
this series is really cool
Perfect timing for dinner! Love this series
First time coming back to this channel in a while. I watched a lot of your older episodes in this series back when you were around 5k subs. I was really surprised you weren’t more popular since your content was so much different then most developer channels. Great to see you’re getting the recognition you deserve.
2 videos in a day? Jeez miz, you’re spoiling us!
A great set of games here, well done everyone!
This is so immersive! Imagine merging the core ideas of the zombie game with the snake game.
These are all so creative, it's impressive.
WOW john jackson is here
Released an audible and weighty "Oh Fuck YES" upon seeing this at the top of my recommended
Honestly it brings me a smile to see the notification for those game jams, something about them motivates me to want to make my own game
Thank god I needed another one of these!
The first game requires you to be on so many drugs to get that idea that it's amazing he didn't overdose
Great games. Especially number 1 because of the novelty of the concept and number 4 because it's a lot of fun.
You can actually eat the invisible villager and lose the last level ^^
awesome, this is my favorite series
The reaction cam is a really cool add on. I love this series. One of the most underrated by far on youtube.
The fact Adam made Metamaze as fast as he did and yet it still looks so beautiful and stylish is insane, he is an amazingly talented designer.
i love these videos so much so inspiring ! keep it going pls
Do more of this! I subscribed because of this great content
Adam Pype's game has a really cool concept. I hope he makes it into a full game man. It's too good to be left as a project.
i could watch these forever
1st game was super great looking, with nice polishing
Dude... Just, thank you for you are and your friend game devs.
So good! Never seen your stuff but now subscribed. Got this as a suggested vid cause I watch blackthornprod. Thank you UA-cam algorithm gods. 🙏
This series deserves a much, much larger audience
I really liked all of these ideas.
Damn man, you crushed this. Well done
Adam Pype’s accent is wonderful
Man its awesome to see everyone doing their own thing
John’s is deadass a high school “unblocked” game and I’m in love.
