i can't believe you have 0 comments on this, I have experienced the right way to fall, tug and roll and you get up with 0 damage, fall the wrong way and you never know how you will walk away, personal advice throw some video footage of correct or proper way to fall and vice versa , I know its more video editing work but its very helpful to demonstrate it in you videos, if you care... :)
