That mule with the short heel you consider a flat is crazy. Although, I absolutely loved them, they did not stay on my foot. There is not enough real estate for your foot to remain in the mule when you walk. If someone has worn them please let me know how they worked for you and the size you bought.
Same. I could not keep them on my feet. They fly off the minute you lift your foot to take a step. Cute, but not wearable.

I agree. I bought one pair of mules with a small heel many years ago and they kept flying off my feet and my heels kept slipping off the sides, and I have strong feet and ankles. As much as I love the look I will never buy another pair. The rest of the options are really great.
I never had a problem with them.Do you put a partial insole in.
It not only cushions your foot but gives you something to grip.

Great video, I love flats. Which model is the Hermes boot?
I just looked them up. Just search Hermes riding boot. They only have one style - it is called the Jumping boot. Her version has a different color sole that I don’t see available online. Anyway, these boots are made for skinny girls the circumference is only 13”.

Those boots are something of dreams, would love to own that particular style with the soft more casual sole. I'm not a fan of the classic jumping boot, sole is too stiff and very uncomfortable.

Maintaining a slim physique is paramount in Paris. There’s so much walking and stairs that exercise is built into your daily activities. Also, portion size is much more reasonable there than in the US.

why not? one can be short but proportionally built. or tall, but have short legs (compared to their height). it's all about proportions in the end.

Those Blahnik kitten heels are far more dangerous than most pumps. There is no ankle support whatsoever and the heel itself is thin. One slip on wet pavement and you'll end up with a sprain at the very least.
I think those flat shoes for evening ruin the look of that spectacular outfit.
I love the little sling backs and the mules but will pass on the sneakers.
