Imagine having a job where you show up in the morning and all your coworkers tell you to leave and take the morning to go to the theatre and watch a movie. Most jobs are soul-crushing, lol.
Jack just sitting there listening to all the "new guys" talking about how they all started watching AH and RT which he was essentially a founding member of (AH that is) and how much it meant to them and how it brought them together was super wholesome.
Drunk Matt is the sweetest thing ever! And Jeremy, Matt and Trevor talking about their pre-RT days made me so happy?? it's so nice to see they've been such good friends for so long before working together at RT/AH, their dream job :'D
I loved this podcast! It felt so real, like a bunch of friends coming together. This was something that off topic has been missing. It felt so fresh and lovely. Matt and Lil J are the best!
I loved the talk about the old school " times". Its exactly what I loved the most about Roosterteeth. It brought people together. The sense of community was outstanding.
Zeres but its still there just changed the tiniest amount... And people want it 100% the same. It doesnt matter if its 99% the same. To them its awful now. So thats why imo they even felt like they had to point out that they are harking back to "the old days" so people will shush about how everything is awful now.
I never stated it wasnt there. All I wanted to express was that this video brought back that feeling I had when I started watching.. That feeling which, Ill admit, has been dwindling in me for a while now. But that is just because of fatigue I feel.
nfinitiduck As someone who just went through this 8 months ago, make sure you have a competent realtor. They will be your saving grace while guiding you through the cluster fuck of buying a house.
This is probably one of the best Off Topics ever tbh it’s so natural and feels like they’re just having a conversation with each other it doesn’t feel forced at all like almost every other episode does
Ryan when he's pacing and just his whole aura after coming back in the middle of the podcast is honestly my same reaction around my friends who havent seen it yet
Once again, I'm so glad Jeremy is here because he is practically representing me in these conversations whenever they talk about shit like manhunt and Canobie Lake Park and radio stations. We had a really similar upbringing and it's nice to hear stuff I can relate to.
I started watching Achievement Hunter in August 2017. I started with 300 videos of minecraft before I finally caught up. And I just finished watching RVB for the first time today.
He gets a lot of flak but I've always liked Matt whenever he's in a Let's Play especially in Gmod or the horror games. Among the crew he seems like the kind of dude you'd actually be friends with in real life.
Been watching since 2010. Started with Fails of the Weak in Halo Reach. I had never played an M rated game before let alone a Halo game. Then one night I was at a boy scouts lock in and all the older kids busted out their Xbox 360's and we did a huge system link game. I had the time of my life and wanted more, but I wasn't allowed to own a 360 at the time. My solution was to look up, "Halo Reach funny moments" on UA-cam. I found the first episode of Fails and now 8 years later I'm convinced that I have watched AH content daily. Cheers to more laughs and more lives changed because of you guys.
I just love this feel good podcast of the sweetest AH guys getting slowly drunk and expressing their love and admiration for each other. And also Jack silently building a piano.
I work at a movie theatre and I had an eight hour usher shift before I saw infinity war last night. I wore ear plugs and never went into the theatre until all the credits were done. Worth the hassle to see this movie entirely blind.
lol thank you! I only watched half of the podcast and am going to see Infinity war in a couple hours! excited to finish podcast after i see the movie haha
Jeremy: "If you're in the UK, you'll know this guy, his name's Bob Mortimer..." Me: Not really. I don't recognise the name at least. Jeremy: **Tells the Theft & Shrubbery story** Me: ... OK, never mind, THAT I remember xD (it was told on a show called Would I Lie To You if anyone wants to go find it)
Imagine Off Topic with this cast a year ago. People would have torn it to shreds, but now it’s accepted with open arms. Look how far we’ve come you guys.
You guys were so adorable in this episode! 😂 Your talk about memories and friendship encapsulate my favorite things about Achievement Hunter! I love you guys and all the great work you do to make such awesome content! 😊
I have a bit of a confession. I've been watching you guys for a long time, but have only recently started truly looking forward to your videos. I've never watched Off Topic before today, but I decided I would give it a try (slow day at work). I've been pleasantly surprised, and now have yet another series to enjoy. Thank you guys for the massive amounts of quality entertainment you provide! Cheers!
this might be the best off topic ever. It's so nice to see all of them not being assholes to each other for once. Not that I don't like it when they are, but its refreshing to know how strong their friendship is.
I live in Maine and would move to Texas in a heart beat to be part of this family! I watch AH all day everyday because their positive loving vibes they give off makes me happy.
1:03:00 Monster Hunter~ ;-; The fact that only Jeremy recorded himself playing it once it was released broke my heart. If they all played it at least once I would have been so happy but- I guess it was not to be.
I didn't know alfredo was from SF, he isn't lying when he says shit about gunshots and bullet holes, I'm from the Bay Area and from SF to Oakland it's a blood bath
I know its a little late now, but heres what I knew when I got into AH and co. When I properly got into it (Around 2016), I had dabbled in RvB, and Achievement Horse (Damn is it old now), and a little of fails of the week. Then, I just started watching, like, half of the RT family channels, including AH and Let's Play, and then just absorbed as much content as i could. And that's how I got in + previous knowledge.
I started watching AH in like 2011-2012, before I'd ever heard of RvB lol finding AH and RT has brought me so much joy, especially through some seriously tough times in my life, and for that i cant thank all these idiots enough. Not only that, but I bonded with my best friend-who has become the best boyfriend(one day husband) a girl could ever dream of. I fucking love these crazy guys n gals and cant thank em enough for all the weird shit they do to make us laugh, help ppl and each other. The community RT and AH has built is amazing!!
It feels so good to not be alone, Jeremy! I got into achievement hunter before anything else. When I went to my first rtx in 2015 I hadn’t watched rwby or rvb yet and I had only watched a few other things like the rt shorts and rt life and stuff.
Achievement Hunter: "Nothing but Infinity War!!" *pauses video and waits to see movie *sees movie *comes back a week later Achievement Hunter: "Fuck you nerd!"
2 things: I have huge marriage fever rn after listening to Jeremy and Jack. And I channeled my inner Jeremy during infinity war. Said out loud "Look at that bicep!" during a certain scene
38:40 A deposit on a house in Austin is around $2000?!?!?!?! JESUS!! Houses in Auckland (New Zealand), you are looking at at least $100,000 for the deposit alone. For reference - $2000 USD = $2827.62 NZD at the time of posting this.
I discovered AH before RvB in 2010 when I watched fails of the week I'm as old as roosterteeth which is crazy and they've affected my life so much. Love you guys
Imagine having a job where you show up in the morning and all your coworkers tell you to leave and take the morning to go to the theatre and watch a movie. Most jobs are soul-crushing, lol.
I love that Ryan just left work in the middle of the day to go see Avengers.
DREWSONofthe43 And got permission to do that.
VNCstudios got permission? He was told to go to it. Lol
He would've gotten fired if he didn't lol
he got fired anyways
@@jasonmartin7968 damn 😂
Jack is the sober guy babysitting all of his drunk friends who just keep saying they love each other.
Jack just sitting there listening to all the "new guys" talking about how they all started watching AH and RT which he was essentially a founding member of (AH that is) and how much it meant to them and how it brought them together was super wholesome.
Jack's watching his grandkids while knitting in the corner
Yeesssssss
Alfredo keeping it real: “I didn’t play Manhunt. I LIVED Manhunt!”
So Matts a Lovable drunk, and Trevor is a slow descent into a hyper state
i think every-time trevor is in front of a camera he descends into a hyper state lmao
"Dies in Infinity War: Gavin Free". One of the best credits for him yet.😂😂😂
One or more people getting wasted that’s what off topic has been missing
A ton of really interesting stories in this one, one of my favorite Off Topics yet.
I really like drunk podcasts like this. One of my favorite parts of the drunk tank were the episodes that involved actually being drunk.
I never stated it wasnt there. All I wanted to express was that this video brought back that feeling I had when I started watching.. That feeling which, Ill admit, has been dwindling in me for a while now. But that is just because of fatigue I feel.
Ryan leaving during work to see the movie makes me so happy 😂😂😂
The ending starting from 2:30:20 of just switching cameras and drunk shenanigans was hilarious omg
Kim Johnson that’s all the post show is
I just saw it! Those boys are a mess lol
Apparently Gavin Free dies in Infinity War thanks Broadcast for spoiling it for me.
Matt getting super lovey drunk is one of the best things i've seen on this podcast to date.
Man I REALLY appreciated that homeowners' talk as a guy in my early 20's.
nfinitiduck As someone who just went through this 8 months ago, make sure you have a competent realtor. They will be your saving grace while guiding you through the cluster fuck of buying a house.
We now know that Matt Bragg is a loving drunk. He will still demolish in Mario Kart, no doubt.
Damn Matt, you such a treasure to everyone. Putting aside jokes, he is a genuine great person.
Jack.
Looking like the parent doing the last minute science project for the kids.
The "I'm so drunk that I love all of you" moments of the Podcasts are always the best.
I think this might be one of my fave Off Topics. Matt is such a sweetie and Trevor such a god damn troll at the end
Jeremies ad reads are really funny "your mom will love it, most likely uhh unless she's allergic to strawberries then probably won't".
This group is so much better than normal. So fun, and so many positive vibes. Just a bunch of great people having good conversation.
This has been one of my favorite Off topics. I just cant state this enough. Like a drunk matt.
2:31:45 "nonononononnonono" bottom left. Nice one editor.
Drunk Trevor has some deep dark shit going on inside, look at his eyes when he tells Lil J not to get "too personal" 2:04:35
Matt is the most creative member of achievement hunter and he makes me happy
Ten hours to build the piano my ass. Jack managed it in two hours twenty while surrounded by drunk people.
This is probably one of the best Off Topics ever tbh it’s so natural and feels like they’re just having a conversation with each other it doesn’t feel forced at all like almost every other episode does
Ryan when he's pacing and just his whole aura after coming back in the middle of the podcast is honestly my same reaction around my friends who havent seen it yet
last two Off Topics have been solid gold content
Once again, I'm so glad Jeremy is here because he is practically representing me in these conversations whenever they talk about shit like manhunt and Canobie Lake Park and radio stations. We had a really similar upbringing and it's nice to hear stuff I can relate to.
At about 2:14:00 they hit the "I love you man" stage of drunk.
I started watching Achievement Hunter in August 2017. I started with 300 videos of minecraft before I finally caught up. And I just finished watching RVB for the first time today.
Matt Bragg is such a sweet guy
I bet with his diet he probably tastes sweet to... love that guy
You don’t speak for EVERYONE.
I love Matt. He’s sweet, funny and seems like such a good friend.
Hes the most sober stoner
He gets a lot of flak but I've always liked Matt whenever he's in a Let's Play especially in Gmod or the horror games. Among the crew he seems like the kind of dude you'd actually be friends with in real life.
Sang-fantôme He seriously seems so chill. I would love to hang with him
matt bragg deserves to be happy for the rest of his life
Been watching since 2010. Started with Fails of the Weak in Halo Reach. I had never played an M rated game before let alone a Halo game. Then one night I was at a boy scouts lock in and all the older kids busted out their Xbox 360's and we did a huge system link game. So instead of legos or a puzzle, we have jack doing Labo... Neat.
Which is awesome to see. Like his Lego builds on his YT channel.
Jamal Skidmore jack has a yt channel?
Dante Perez Yes, it's call " Jack Pattillo " nice and simple
is that with one "t" or two "t"s
Kotori Bucket 2 "t"s
i always love the point in the podcast where it turns into “broadcast amuses a gang of drunk nerds”
I just love this feel good podcast of the sweetest AH guys getting slowly drunk and expressing their love and admiration for each other. And also Jack silently building a piano.
you NEED to watch the post show for this episode
it's probably the best Last Call i've ever seen
How to get Jack to not talk about the MCU for two hours, give him labo and ask him to build it.
"I built a house"
One of the best Off Topics that we've gotten in a while.
so...batman dies in infinity war
No but a lot of people do.
Yeah in that epic Hulk teabagging.
-covers ears- LALALALA!!
Nah Spider-Man does at the end.
When do they talk about infinity war
Matt is such a wholesome boi
So this is how the world ends Trevor and Jeremy fighting for domination while Jack plays happy birthday in the background
This was such a chill, wholesome, nostalgic podcast I loved it! It’s cute to see the guys talk about their fanboy days and love up on each other!
This was like watching a grandfather doing a jigsaw puzzle while he let his grandkids get drunk and tell stories
this is the only time I wish I could watch the post-show
I work at a movie theatre and I had an eight hour usher shift before I saw infinity war last night. I wore ear plugs and never went into the theatre until all the credits were done. Worth the hassle to see this movie entirely blind.
Kyle Knox dude I was selling tickets 9-5 at my cinema on the second day, was so glad I wasn’t ushering haha - we’ve been getting destroyed
I like your plan, except it sucks, so lets instead do my plan, which DOESN'T suck.
Way to PUNCH aHEAD!
I recognise that reference but I can't remember where it's from, it's frustrating as hell. Is it RvB
It's from Infinity War
Mad King I though Batman killed thanos on nabu with his master sword he found on the ss enterprise that crashed into the kanto region
Hawkeye one shots thanos
Vernon Lopez With scatter arrow
If this is true I won’t even be mad, because that’d be so dumb it’s actually hilarious.
BrimstoneC4 Ryuu ga waga teki wo kurau
Was legit about to leave thinking y'all were gonna talk about it lol. Broadcast saved y'all
Seeing it tonight, and have been so careful going online lol
WARNING Trevors a bit tipsy and blurts a bit later on
Dhaval Bhawani bjvih
lol thank you! I only watched half of the podcast and am going to see Infinity war in a couple hours! excited to finish podcast after i see the movie haha
I did leave immediately, but now I'm back
I have never identified so much with Matt until he told about caring for people but them not realicing it.
Jeremy: "If you're in the UK, you'll know this guy, his name's Bob Mortimer..."
Me: Not really. I don't recognise the name at least.
Jeremy: **Tells the Theft & Shrubbery story**
Me: ... OK, never mind, THAT I remember xD
(it was told on a show called Would I Lie To You if anyone wants to go find it)
I love the way Jeremy tells stories with his whole body. It's so engaging
Imagine Off Topic with this cast a year ago. People would have torn it to shreds, but now it’s accepted with open arms. Look how far we’ve come you guys.
When Trevor is drunk he cannot shut up
Franklin P I don’t see how this is bad
Well it’s a podcast lol
You guys were so adorable in this episode! 😂 Your talk about memories and friendship encapsulate my favorite things about Achievement Hunter! I love you guys and all the great work you do to make such awesome content! 😊
I have a bit of a confession. I've been watching you guys for a long time, but have only recently started truly looking forward to your videos. I've never watched Off Topic before today, but I decided I would give it a try (slow day at work). I've been pleasantly surprised, and now have yet another series to enjoy. The progression of stream team getting drunk and opening up their hearts was adorable lol
this might be the best off topic ever. It's so nice to see all of them not being assholes to each other for once. Not that I don't like it when they are, but its refreshing to know how strong their friendship is.
This is one of my favorite episodes. It’s just fascinating to hear their stories.
I live in Maine and would move to Texas in a heart beat to be part of this family! I watch AH all day everyday because their positive loving vibes they give off makes me happy.
New show hunt the achievers= achievement hunters plays man hunt
Growing up in South Carolina I can confirm that Manhunt is a great way to pass the time!!!
This was the best off topic they’ve done yet. I could feel the nostalgia flowing through Matt jerem and Trevor
1:03:00 Monster Hunter~ ;-; The fact that only Jeremy recorded himself playing it once it was released broke my heart. If they all played it at least once I would have been so happy but- I guess it was not to be.
monster (truck) hunter?
i'm still looking forward to the let's play family-wide ark: survival evolved super server.
Rewatching the podcast to help me sleep I heard Matt’s cough almost had a panic attack
I didn't know alfredo was from SF, he isn't lying when he says shit about gunshots and bullet holes, I'm from the Bay Area and from SF to Oakland it's a blood bath
59:55
"I woke up and I was like..."
*commercial starts*
"Hi, my name is Carl."
What happened to the sound in this episode? I started the video at 20% volume.. at the end i was at 100%.. and still it was low volume.
2:26:40 This entire clip makes me happy lmao
Can we get a matt and jeremy music section every now and then?! I would watch the shit out of that
JT Music collaboration?
The better achievement hunter gets the worse Geoff’s love life gets
I started watching AH in like 2011-2012, before I'd ever heard of RvB lol finding AH and RT has brought me so much joy, especially through some seriously tough times in my life, and for that i cant thank all these idiots enough. trevor is so lovey when he's drunk
It was so interesting to see Jeremy so into talking about a film :o they grow up so fast *wipes away tear*
Achievement Hunter: "Nothing but Infinity War!!"
*pauses video and waits to see movie
*sees movie
*comes back a week later
Achievement Hunter: "Fuck you nerd!"
This is a great podcast to listen to while eating lunch
This lineup is pretty chill. Team Big O, the sauce, Trevor and Matt Bragg mesh really well.
Man, I wish I could get drunk and hang out with friends for a job
This is just debauchery. I've never seen an off topic with so much outright drunkenness. I love these boys.
I too haven't seen a doctor in like a decade...it's to the point where I think "...I don't really want to know what they'll tell me" lol
"I'm sorry to tell you this..... you have Matt Bragg syndrome"
I discovered AH before RvB in 2010 when I watched fails of the week I'm as old as roosterteeth which is crazy and they've affected my life so much. Love you guys
AYYYY Jeremy with the Would I lie to you Bob Mortimer reference!!!
SPOILER
Infinity War is 2hrs+
Actually reminded me, I needed to get one more thing for mom. Berries acquired! Thanks y'all!
Dies in Infinity War: Gavin Free
Just randomly jumped to 1:12:16 and trevor immediately title-drops. Incredible.
I love you too, Matt, especially as a fellow Matthew.
So if they're Hubble contacts, are they blurry at first so you have to get more, smaller contacts to add on?
NNNNNNNEEEERRRRRRDDDDDDDDD!!!!!!! lol
CButtonshaw Why, thank you!
the 2 hour mark is really where the switch flips to drunk
There is nothing more that I want to do than go get drunk with all these guys!
I am so glad I started watching these. They’re just damn raw
holy shit the shot transition at 1:08:36 goes from ethic trevor to white alfredo so perfectly
