When I used to open any app like chrome it takes lot of time and after loading apps sometimes it gives pop up as chrome is not responding what should I do go for ram upgrading or ssd or anything else and if ram then prinstalled ram is single channel so now i should go for dual channel or not suggest me Asap

RAM kharidte samay "CAS LATENCY" per bhi jarur dhyaan dena chahiye... ye kuch aisa likha hota hai "CL15-15-15-35"... Jab bhi RAM kharido DDR4 ko DDR4 se hi connect karo with same memory clock speed(for example 2133mhz or 2400mhz)... lekin cas latency bhi check karo.

@@startrek7511 If you're not overclocking, it does not matter in any way. Both will still run in dual channel and at their rated speeds.
But if you're overclocking, 4 sticks is usually harder.
