I have a small query Sir , Still I am confused, as per I know if some one going to buy a RAM then the recommendation is always to buy RAM kit like 2*8GB or 2*4GB pack where dual channel supported by CPU. Now If I am going with 32GB then with dual channel supported then what will be the good option like 2*16 GB kit or buying 2*8GB kit+ 2*8GB kit . Because 2*16 GB showing more expensive on online store.whis one will be the good option on performance wise pls suggest ?

But what if I get a new stick with same frequency, same memory, same company and same model number.. Will it work?
Both the sticks with same model number..
You don't need to consider same brand, model etc. Just match the technical specification of your current ram i.e. Frequency, storage, generation.

Excellent job, sir I recently purchase individual RAM 4 GB WANT TO UPGRADE in DESKTOP ALL IN ONE ( INTEL-R CORE-TM-i3-3220 CPU @ 3.30GHz) with the same part number, frequency, company ( DDR 3 -- 1600 MHZ) but after installation shows BSOD WITH STOP CODE ERROR -- MEMORY MANAGEMENT. Onward I remove it and restart my PC WITHOUT NEW RAM ## HAVING big PROBLEM SOME TIME START NORMAL WORK AND SOME TIME BLANK SCREEN. Now please tell me what should I do? Either I wastage of NEW ONE RAM OR ANY OTHER SOLUTION to install... I HOPE YOU WILL RESPONSE. Thanks

If you install 1gb and 2gb together it will work, and you will have a total of 3gb ram in your system. But 2gb (1gb from 1st ram, 1gb from 2nd ram) work in dual channel and rest 1gb work in single channel. If the ram is identical in other aspects (frequency, latency, timing)
