The correct way to measure your bra size is to measure your underbust ( band ) then bust. Then calculate the difference between band and bust. When measuring bust make sure too measure the fullest part of your breasts. When your done measuring find how much of a difference there is between your band and bust and place it in between the cup sizes A , B , C , D , E , F , G. Many Indian women have band sizes of 26 , 28 , and 30 such as myself however these are hard to find. So round your band size up to 32. Everytime your band sizes add's 2 , to reach 32 subtract a cup size from your total. This is called sister sizing. My measurements are 28 , and 35 making me a 28 G But i cant find 28 G bras so I round up to 32 and wear 32 C bras. ( Because the difference between a 32 band and 35 bust is only 3 making me a C ) ( Remember every band sizes you increase , your cup size decreases by One ) Hope this helps/

Wrong sizing method. From the example, the correct size is a 26DDD. 25.5 under bust is a 26 band. 32 - 26 = 6 inches = DDD. Adding 4 inches doesn’t make sense, do you add 4 inches to your pant size?
You’re correct about the DDD as the difference is 6 Inches. However, what does woman did was 26+4 to get 30 inches. So according to recent research the correct size is actually 26D not 26DDD unless if she has some extra human tissue on her ‘cup’ if you know what I mean.
In my country, we don't have 26 or 28 band sizes. India is probably the same. I think the smallest is 30b/32a and the biggest is 40d. That's why we add 4. Different sizing. My bra perfectly fit using the method in the video.
I belive the +4 is an outdated method due to older fabrics, 32-28 , so 4, which is a D. Hope this helps and if this doesn't work for you try re-calculation or going up a band size if needed as you are bang on 32. But I am no expert so sorry if any of this is wrong

THAT'S COMPLETELY WRONG!! THAT'S NOT THE PROCESS TO MEASURE A BRA IN TODAY'S GEN. The correct way is measure the band size, then round it off to the nearest even number. Then measure the bust size and subtract it from the band size. Do not round off to the nearest even number. And that's what is your cup size. For example my band size is 27, that I took 28 and my bust size is 34. So difference is 6 inches and my size is 28DDD. WE DON'T ADD A 4 TO THE BAND SIZE TODAY.

I recommend u watch a video called “bra fitting 101” by a channel/UA-camr called Caty. She goes really full into detail about how a bra should fit u and even shows the difference between a well fitting bra and a non fitting one. She also teaches u and demonstrates how to correctly measure your bra size and provides a little chart and everything. It’s a really great video since other vids I watched before that one, when measuring myself the way indicated it also said I was an A cup lol but there is no way my boobies are fitting into an A cup. I then watched Caty’s vid and after doing the measuring the way she did it it came out with a D cup and today I bought my very first D cup bra after wearing from B to C all my life and the D bra fits me so damn beautifully and comfortably ❤❤

See im always measured as 36 band size and it doesnt matter if i go up a cup size or not i always find 36 waaaaayy to tight and uncomfortable, even though i can get two fingers around the band- i always go up to a 38 but keep my cup size the same and i never have problems with bands riding up and its feels so much better have some breathing space 😅. Okay the method is, again I am no expert, so try what you get and see if it works for you. Measurement around your boobs at your fullest point - (minus) Band size, messured right under the boobs . The difference correlates to cup size. Then you are band say 31 with a 2 inch difference so 30/32B. I say 30/32 band as bands go up in 2s. I don't know if I can explain it well, but as you go up band sizes the cups get bigger in proportion so the same cup size in a different band size will look bigger or smaller than other band size with the same cup size.
I have the same size as you. I don't think they even make 28F bras? Earlier I'd just go to some shop and tell them a 34 sports bra and that did work for me. But I'm now looking to shop online for more support and lift. I don't think they even make 28F :/

I have the same size as you. I don't think they even make 28F bras? Earlier I'd just go to some shop and tell them a 34 sports bra and that did work for me. But I'm now looking to shop online for more support and lift. I don't think they even make 28F :/
i got b but most of my bras are around 34 c so i’m confused because b is always wayyyy too small
Did you get the same band size? because a smaller cup and bigger band maybe a better fit even if the c cup at that smaller band size works 🤷♂️
im confused, cause my difference is 7 cm and that's a bit more than 2 inches but im an a cup or sometimes a double a, ive never been a b cup, why is that? I should be a b according to this
