Wow...that's pretty random sizing. You say you want an even number, but the measurement on the band size can already be even. Then you could add 1 or 2 if it isn't and come up with an even number. You throw out 4 without any rhyme or reason to get get to an even number. Not helpful. Sorry.

All I know is that I’m wearing a Medium, I wear sports bras which come in small, medium, large, XL (etc) at least the ones I wear are 🤷♀️

I normally wear an A - B cups, my girls are small. There is no where I am a DD, this is quite odd.

You're supposed to subtract the calculated band size, not the band size before calculation. The model should be a 34AA
But we can look at her and see she is not an AA

So if you measure as an odd number do you go up or down to be an even number? What about 1/2 size like 33 1/2
