    - 75-80 ml water
    Yeast dough
    - Vegetable oil or other neutral oil to grease the bowl and the dough
    - 115 ml whole milk (1/2 cup)
    - 15 g sugar (1 tablespoon)
    - 4 g dry yeast (1 sachet)
    - 400 to 440 g wheat flour (4 cups)
    - 1 teaspoon salt
    - 60 g sweetened condensed milk (3 tablespoons)
    - 1 large egg
    - 55 g butter, softened (4 tablespoons)
    Shallot filling
    - 80 g spring onions, finely sliced (1 cup)
    - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    - ¼ teaspoon salt
    Egg + a pinch of salt for coating
    Sezame seeds for sprinkling
