Yes, that phone is definitely worth buying!
I'm still rocking the iPhone XR. The battery life is the only thing that I'd change. It's 96% battery health, but playing any games, even light games, seem to drain suspiciously fast. The speakers had a great improvement with a solid cleaning and the camera has been great the whole time. My profile picture in fact is from the iPhone XR using the front facing camera with portrait mode. I will likely be getting a battery case and stretch out the life of it a little while longer.
Get that Apple smart case, I have one for my XR and it will last you all day. Don’t get a 3rd party battery case

This was actually my least favorite iPhone I have owned since I started with the 4S. I didn't like the design, the camera was not that great, and I have overheating and shutdowns. Also, the size was too large and too chunky for my preference. I had to upgrade to the iPhone 13. The 13 is much, much better.
The iPhone XR was the best smartphone experience of my life. Now on the 14 Pro Max and loving that too, but I will always miss the XR.
The iPhone 11 is like the xr but better so I would just get that tbh I loved my old 11
XR is still a great choice for those who want iPhone experience for a cheaper price 👍🏻
I got the XR in 2021 and it has held up great after the 2 year mark with my 7 it was done I couldn’t really even use it a full day without it dying! My XR is still crisp and my battery life is still 92% I saved it by not ever watching videos or movies absolutely doing great

I'm still thinking of buying this phone despite having a Sony Xperia 5 II as my main phone..i really like the design and battery life (based on reviews) of the XR.. nice revisit.. 👍👍👍
Maybe have it as a secondary phone. It's always handy to have both an android and iPhone for iOS
Iphone xr battery is bad, i had it but had to change it because i needed ti charge it 2 times a day

@@emanuelelorusso well till my phone last (usually at 4 to 6hrs SOT).. the charge it..i use it mostly on streaming..so i use my phone for the whole day but never used my phone while charging..
This is really a great iPhone. Mine is damaged badly, broken front and back glass plus battery life is on 81% yet it still performs awesome.

Writing this on iPad mini 2 that basically can only run UA-cam.
My XR is the most powerful device I use. Makes my iPad look like junk in comparison. I’m honestly not sure why I would ever want or need anything more. When the battery gives out I’ll replace it. When the phone gives out I’ll buy another one.
iPhone XR a great phone for a budget, but I also recommend iPhone 11 which is only a little bit more and that phone gives you extra camera. Better display and better battery life.
The iPhone XR is still a great iPhone! My XR is still preforming great and for around $200 it’s one of the best smart phones you can get definitely has a better camera and video recorder than all those cheap $200 androids 👍🏻😎

@@sanveerkhanuja3249 sorry but there’s no way just try and take a 4K60 frames video on a cheap $200 or less android and it will have choppy frames throughout the whole entire video. The XR will record the video very smooth All the manufactures on those budget androids have very weak processors. Just try it for yourself you will see

The XR. My T-Mobile service is better. The screen never gets scratched. The battery is better. The only thing is the camera is not that great. The 14 pro is more expensive. I can’t return it cuz the screen has tons of scratches after one week. Save your money. Find a XR. It’s a great phone.
My kids still daily use iPad Air 3’s which has the same A12 and 3gb of ram and they still run fantastic. They can even play Genshin impact at 60fps

@@Josh_SRT Nothing major, intake and exhaust, SRT track hawk rims, upgraded R1 brakes. Next up this year will be a tune for it. Daily driver and tow a trailer with it is nothing too crazy for now lol

Thicker bezels and an LCD display. Would be better off going for an 11 Pro for $250-$350, still an excellent device with an OLED display and triple camera system.
This is why I hated the iPhone XR, even when apple announced it back in 2018

Not xr gang but i got the 11 base model back in 2019 which a lot of people say its just an xr with a new camera and been waiting for apple to really make the “best iphone” they’ve ever made yet but i just dont find the need to upgrade and i still really love and and am satisfied with my ip 11
My mom stil has an iphone XR for 4 years and the battery (never changed) is at 87% health so that will last at least another 2 years

If I had to get a backup phone in case my main phone got stolen or damaged very bad, I’d pick this up. It’s performance has aged better than older iPhones like the 6

The free apps Focos and NeuralCam will give you the missing tools in the camera, like night mode, a MagSafe case or sticker will let you use MagSafe peripherals and chargers.
The Xr, 11 and SE’s are still very important for the 10% of us that can’t use OLED due to PWM, especially as the news is the SE 4 will be OLED.
If you can find one of these on a different IOS version like early iOS 15 or Late IOS 14 then your even better off. You’ll get better image processing, performance, and battery life. Granted you won’t have new features but unless you really care about that id say it’s even more of a steal. I would still recommend an 11 over the XR tho since it’s the XR’s predecessor.

Well, let's just say that for me it's an upgrade, I'm coming from an iPhone SE 2020, so having way more battery life, a whole screen and face ID is a huge upgrade personally 😁.

It it doesn’t get iOS 17, it will only have had 4 years of updates, which is so little compared that Apple used to update for 5-7 years. If it happens, Apple will be dropping one of the major reasons people like it, long support of their devices

I would get the iPhone 11 over the iPhone XR, the iPhone 11 is a much better value than this. The iPhone XR is starting to show its age compared to the iPhone 11. if you’re buying your kid their very first phone, I would get this. but I do give props to the iPhone XR, the phone laid the groundwork for the regular iPhone 11, regular iPhone 12, and regular iPhone 13.
I prefer the XR, I'm not moving to multiple camera phones just yet. It's a gimmick and I rarely use them (tried a friends phone)

XR in 2023 no way, I can't stand iphone 11 pro max due to 60hz refresh rate 😤 apart from that major drawback of iphone is we can't download anything from browser 😩😩 so annoying .android gives me the freedom of everything iphone feels like a jail
