I wish they had spent a few more seconds on Deadpool and Kid Apocalypse. For those that don't know: X-Force was tasked with stopping Apocalypse's cult's attempt to revive him. After the team stormed the stronghold, they found that Apocalypse was already brought back as a young boy. Some of the team still wanted to kill him, but Deadpool objected. Fantomex shot the kid anyway (taking DNA samples to make a clone). Later on, Deadpool expressed his displeasure with Wolverine. Wolverine insulted Deadpool, saying he's a mercenary and therefore he has no morals to begin with. Deadpool responded along the lines of "Yea, but I don't kill kids." When the clone was eventually discovered, Deadpool became sort of surrogate uncle to the kid.

It's possible his strength is just a side effect of his healing factor. Humans are a lot stronger than we think we are, because usually we're holding back from our full strength so we don't hurt ourselves, something that only changes when adrenaline or methamphetamines are involved. That's not an issue for Wade, since he heals so fast, so he can use his full strength without having to worry about hurting himself.

He can still feel pain when his body is in piecies the only thing that deadpool seems like a imortal is because he doesn't care about the pain when he gets hurt. Even wolverine can feel pain you guys know when wolverine gets shot by bullets or a missile or get stabbed he looks like his having a hardtime cause he can feel pain like any normal people would feel its just the fact that they heal fast that they don't really worry that much about pain but they still worry like a lil bit. and i just noticed that deadpools healing factor is better and greater than wolverines.

    • @hrishiv27
      @hrishiv27 4 роки тому +3

That’s not necessarily a fair comparison. Negasonic and Yukio had maybe three lines that showed they were in a relationship, and eight minutes of screen time in the film overall, whereas Captain Marvel was literally the protagonist. It would be just as easy to argue that fans simply ignored it because it was in no way relevant to the plot, or the arcs of any major characters.

Unless his 4th wall breaking is just a more powerful version of it. And they're both former villains on the path of redemption. They are also peek human fighters and excellent marksmen. They both also have family that became the villains that they themselves used to be, resulting in them having to fight them and while also fighting to be forgiven by their kids and get along. The creator even went on to say that Deadpool was supposed to be a paredy of Deathstroke.

    Deadpool's relationships
    Blind Al: Helpless target/sage advice
Weasel: His "guy in the chair" or more like "guy with all the guns."
Bob: Buddy from the Henchmen Academy. Highly respects Bob for surviving as a henchman for so long without any powers, and knows that without his own power, he would be in the same boat or worse.
Hulk; DP's ultimate foil. He can't do anything to the big guy, and he can't stop him from doing anything to him, also Hulk doesn't get his jokes.
Hawkeye: Merc pals/rivals. Someone he can relate to more than anyone else and is a pretty decent match.
Ironman: Knows when DP is full of shit, and doesn't buy any of it. But surprisingly can have trouble fighting him if DP is prepared for it.
Thor: Can pretty easily defeat DP on any given day, but isn't annoyed by him or anything. In fact, because he's so powerful but kinda dumb, DP likes the guy, if not for the sake of teasing someone so powerful, and getting away with it.
    Black Widow: Costly Eye Candy
Cpt.America: Totally fangirls over him. Cap is everything that DP isn't, and he loves that.
Wolverine: reluctant allies. He's a pretty even match for DP, but unlike Hawkeye, Wolverine takes his teasing personally and is easily angered, prompting DP to troll him even more. But they still regularly team up because of their similar skill set, and anti-hero status.
Cable: Slightly less reluctant ally. Also similarly matched, and knows DP is full of shit, and is annoyed by his teasing, but doesn't take it personally. And his affinity for guns gives them a common interest.
Domino: love interest/rival. Pretty much the Black Cat to his Spider-Man. They hook up once in a while and they are very similar but neither of them want to get too attached because of the life they both lead. Also they both keep kill-stealing eachother's marks.
Spider-Man: Best Bros/Complete Enemies. It's always one or the other. They have nearly an identical sense of humor and fashion sense, and they're both highly skilled and clever fighters, but their stances on murder is the one thing that puts them at odds half the time.

I’ve read all Deadpool comics since ‘91. I’ll comment on all the facts.
    10) I like that about him. I like that he doesn’t care what people think about him, the red and black, the jokes and above all, the references!
    9) True, though a select few do respect and/or pity him.
    8) Well, he does love “teaming up”, but when it comes down to the working part and the being serious stuff, yeah, he hates it. Basically, he hates the parts he doesn’t consider fun. Messing with people and fighting alongside them is his fun.
    7) The cancer story is my favorite. My second favorite is the T-Ray version where he stole the identity of Wade Wilson. Anyway, the cancer origin was awesome and I love the storyline where he burnt his own parents to death.
    6) He was supposed to be Spider-Man and Wolverine in one. He was thought right off as a Deathstroke ripoff. Yeah, that’s how he got a name. You got all this right.
    5) Thank you for knowing this. So many people thought I was crazy.
    4) I’m starting to think you’re me from the future. Either that or you’re really good at this.
    3) True. Although many think of him as all “LOL memes” guy, I love the “Sad clown” take Gerry Dugan took.
    2) Yup. It’s true.
    1) Oh, boy. Isn’t that true. The comics with Ellie prove that.

His dialogue is real human like with all our perverse and off the cuff thinking that most keep to them selves. You know where you stand with someone so honest with there thought and words. I like and people like that. I am that way. Even when it makes others uncomfortable, because those I do are usually fake anyways.

I have theory about why he respected Captain America in that particular sequence. Since Cap was Cap Hydra and Deadpool knew about it. Reasons a. Deadpool was also a part of Hydra and knew about it the whole time so he was cool with it or b. Since Deadpool is a 4th-wall breaking character he knew about the whole comic as it was being written, and therefore knew Cap was part of Hydra and didn't mind.
    Just something to think about...

a couple things about him and kids. one thing is that he is in a kids cartoon called ultimate Spiderman for an episode. That is where I first learned of his existence. so, he can be written in a way that is appropriate for kids without ruining the character. Another thing is that he once did go insane enough to kill kids himself. That was in the comic "Deadpool kills the marvel universe".

Deadpool is immune to Ghost Riders penance stare. For 2 reasons
    1. He has no regret in his life, so Ghost Rider found it impossible to use his past sins to punish him
    2. Deadpool is already in constant pain because of his mutation, whatever pain Ghost Rider is able to inflict on Wade. Has no affect since he's already suffering. His humor is to hide the fact he is constantly in pain
When Ghost Rider did use the Penance stare, all he saw was Wade's history and everything wade had gone through that made him who he is. It was so bad he reverted back to Johnny Blaze
