How can someone that's disabled do this?

It depends upon the level of severity of disabilities. Do you have the mental fortitude to rehabilitate your disabilities to functionality? Are you willing to overcome?

Like the previous comment said, it depends on the severity of your disability. Don't give hope do. Best of luck to you.

Disabilities; everyone has some sort of injuries; especially if you're an athlete, fighter, martial artist, soldier, etc. Short of missing body parts, amputation; your body will heal. It will heal in a way to compensate for the injury or injuries. During this healing process & after, you must be doing something that will rehabilitate the injuries. You may not be your original self. That's where rehabilitation to functionality comes into play.
Example me: I have a handicap placard. Have had for over 35 yrs. Doctors said I would be in a wheelchair before I'm 30 if I don't do all these surgeries. I didn't do any surgeries. Got 2nd opinions from private doctors not associated with a hospital. Hospitals is a money making business; they want you to do surgeries, whether it's good for you or not.
So now I'm 53. I train people for functionality. Functional fitness. I do calisthenics like a gymnast, combination resistance training, hike minimum 6 miles per day. I teach people to get a positive mind set. That's where it starts. It starts in the mind. If you have the will & fortitude, your body can achieve. Medical body evaluation; my body is that of a 29 yr old. I'm 5' 7', 157lbs, 9% bodyfat. I don't care about aesthetics, I care about functionality. Over the yrs of rehabilitating to functional fitness; the body will be aesthetically pleasing. Most people are vain, they want to look good, but can't do anything functional; wouldn't be able to complete a basic military obstacle course. When you rehabilitate for functionality, you'll be able to do very many things & your body will look good too.
Remember, it starts with the mind.

I think you all for your responses. My disability is physical I have issues with walking and using my arms I am overweight 305. I'm 5'9. I do try to get out as much as possible I have COPD with asthma. I do use a wheelchair when necessary but I try to stay out of it. If I'm unable to walk or feel off balance really bad due to my seizures I use my wheelchair but mostly I use my Walker which is a a rollator Walker. I do get out of the house and go to physical therapy. I also have issues with my neck the c35667 I believe that's what it's called. I have balancing issues I have to be careful if I bend over too much I'll fall down things such as that so those are some of my disabilities. I do try to when I'm able to walk up and down my hallway at night time for a lease on 10 minutes because that's all I can take for now. I do travel go out with my friends when I'm able to
