I actually had a game in Madden 15 in which Jeff Fisher ended up being enshrined in the Hall of Fame. He was the only inductee that year and I was so baffled.
If I was a rebuilding team that wanted to tank, I'd hire a stable of good assistant coaches, and Fisher as the HC. As soon as he finishes the season, I would fire Fisher, because he would get the losingest coach record, and I would probably get the high draft pick that I want. Then, I would promote my best assistant to be the head honcho.
NightHawk12to81 you can’t be serious lol Jeff Fisher ruined Vince Young’s career. Sean McVay took the same team Fisher coached a year earlier and went 11-5 and made the playoffs. Fisher was awful.

But he also said that Kroenke just might give into pressure of LA beginning to hate the Rams so he'll have no choice but to fire him sooner.
I'm still firm on saying Spagnuolo was worse than Fisher during his time as a HC for St. Louis, how someone can be as inept as Spagnuolo is laughable, especially when his record is nearly on par with Rod Marinelli, except when the Lions gave him a bare bones win in 09, he could have also gone 0-16
