Apple Watch Series 9 vs Galaxy Watch 6

While Apple Watch is the most popular smartwatch, Galaxy Watch is the most popular Wear OS watch. The Galaxy Watch 6 and Apple Watch Series 9 are two of the best watches released in 2023 and will remain so until their respective successors arrive later in the summer.
So what’s the difference between these two?
While the Apple Watch Series 9 runs on WatchOS, the Galaxy Watch 6 runs on the Wear OS platform. And like their respective predecessors, Apple Watch Series 9 doesn’t with Android phones. Likewise, Galaxy Watch 6 doesn’t work with iOS devices. The Series 9 will work with iPhones running on iOS 17 and above, while Galaxy Watch 6 supports phones running on Android 10.0 and above with at least 1.5GB RAM and above.
