This job is one I've done before. From experience, tighten, no snug the front bolts or nuts first. Slide the frame back and forth over the tracks then tie down the rear fasteners followed by tightening the fronts. That assures the smoothest operation of the slides. For such a simple design, they require a bit of fiddling.
