Damn! Stepped up the thumbnail game on this one! Hope you’re well mate 👍
Thanks man. I've got a thumbnail guy helping me out these days. Hope you're good as well. ✌️
Hi iam indian your subscriber
You arey favourite poverty pornostar ❤😂😂
I was in india earlier this year and everyone told me to go to Ladakh because of its beauty. I will definitely go next time.
Welcome to Ladakh, Tibet.

This Himalayan series has been truly epic! Your last two videos were the icing on the Himalayan Cake. With all sincerity, thank you once again for braving the elements to make this amazing adventure possible. An adventure that most of us can only dream about, but through your hard work and videos, can experience the closest thing to it.
Epic 🤦
Totally different experience, your content starts from where other travelers end. That's why we get more glimpses of history.
I've fallen in love with Leh through your recent videos. Seems like such a cool and different part of India. The Hemis Monestery was amazing to see. It's must feel really strange and special exploring all these incredible locations with absolutely no one around. Epic was an appropriate word for the sights and and experiences you've shared in these videos. I can only imagine what life is like there, year round. I'm looking forward to seeing Rajasthan. As always, thanks for sharing these spectacular adventures with us all.
Wow india is full of history ,mystery and wonders thanks for sharing with us
Hi Gabriel, receive a big and warm hug from Puerto Rico. I enjoy your Indian series so much! Thank you for your honest and humble work!
You found honest taxi drivers at Leh! That's really amazing, never seen anywhere else
I let the ads play until the end, if you want to help Gabe out or any of your favourite blogger's, and can't afford the patron, it's an easy way of helping ad revenue ❤
Is that true? If you skip them then he gets less money?
@@LAbee333 they get paid by the watch time of the ads. It's Penny's per thousand views of ads. If you let it play until end increases the amount they can be paid
@@CelticMickWalks. I didn’t know any of this! These last couple of Gabriel’s videos have been full of ads, and they have really broken up the narrative of his travels, and spoil the flow. I don’t mind a few ads, but there are just so many now. Why should there be this huge increase right now?
@@11370LB UA-cam took over the placement of ads a few months ago, but you don't need to watch everyone but it helps him. You can plan to toilet breaks and tea breaks,as sometimes they are large ads
One of these freaking days I’m going to make it to India and when I do I will have downloaded it every video Gabe’s ever made there while on the long flight over.
Watching you climb up this castle ruins exhausted me you are so fit and agile ..........keep up the great work
It’s gonna be so nice for you to move to more heat at this stage. I remember my first trip to India, staying in the mountains of Rajasthan in December, how those electric blankets saved my life. I had woken up the night before (with no extra heating in the room) with literal brain freeze because I had washed my hair before going to bed. I have never done that again and do not recommend it. I have now learned much more by experience how to be comfortable in the cold and warmth in India. Going again in January to tropical Tamil Nadu, India ..can’t wait to get out of the cold in the northern hemisphere. Thank you for the epic Himalaya series 🙏🏻
Best description of the south ever❤
Gabe and everyone hello. The ruins of that castle or fortress are amazing. My kind of stuff like when I explored some of the ruins in Mexico. The view is phenomenal. Good job buddy! 😎👍
Yes, the ruins were very fascinating...
This one is for the history books! Really amazing landscapes and structures! May your health become stronger as you move to another climate. Amazing India!! Bless.
Mate this is surreal! I have locked in a trip to Delhi in March. 10th anniversary of my first. You have reinvigorated the desire to explore India more. Thank you for the travels mate. As a creator of content you have also reminded me that the best content is often made with the most basic gear. It floors me that all of your work is made with the camera you do. Amazing! Thanks so much. 🙏
Hello Indian here!! I would suggest you to avoid going to Delhi. Better visit Kerala, Goa, Ladakh, Shimla, Gangtok, etc.
He was my inspiration
I'd suggest you to avoid delhi. Explore rajasthan, ladakh, kerala and travel less of cities to discover the real india.
@@matgranger5061rajasthan also ! It's surreal there !
Plan to visit leh, ladakh n north eastern states of India
My beautiful ladakhi people and the most beautiful state of India.
Ladakh looks like it’s out of an Indians Jones movie!
Indiana Jones was a racist movie showing Indians indulging in imaginary barbaric activities like eating monkey brains.
Only there is no temple of doom.
What do people do for a living hete?
I've had a dream about this place.
@@leemagrish3432 firstly the best is a post in Government, which has good pays and less work and a retirement income, 2nd Ly most of the boys join the army, 3rd is Toursim, adventure or monastery tours or just to get relief from the heat of Delhi,Mumbai like areas!! Tourism is the main source of income, roughly 70%!! One in every family is directly in it!! Me 2!! I'm in the motorbike rental business.
The background Indian music is actually fantastic
You really know how to capture the spirit and beauty of the places you visit. Your choice of music and locations are astounding. Once again I extend my congratulations.

Did I just stumbled upon the most humble Travel vlogger?
Traveling around the world and knowing how different people live their day to day lives (and not just seeing monuments) is one of my dream.
Possibly my best trip in India. We spent a month up there and loved EVERY minute. It’s like no where else in India❤
Technology is amazing. Twenty years ago you would probably not have been able to double check that elevation in the pass for weeks. It's amazing the access we now have to resources via the Internet. It seems you are still in the upper elevation. You are breathing heavier. Or could it be respiratory? Take care of yourself Gabe and stay well.
It's one of the highest places in the world that's why he's breathing heavily.
@@martin96991 Indeed. I am also worried about the cold he said he had. Need to keep Gabe in our lives making excellent videos.
@@vsr3777 I am a map enthusiast since my youth. Something about studying a hard copy and dreaming about how to get to those exotic destinations and what they must be like (dreaming and anticipation). Technology almost takes the dream out but is useful in its own measure at the same time.
@@martin96991 My wife and I have followed Gabe for almost 10 years. We have a vested interest in his health. She corresponds with him occasional through Instagram and the good man has even sent her postcards. I have provided input at various times but under different accounts like playing progressive music while he is in transit. He is a great producer and we feel he is a friend. So we worry for his well-being. He is like a cat!! I told him once he reminded me of a modern day John Muir. He remembers.
Thank you for exploring the ladakh. I am belong from ladakh Aryan village. Your video are amazing and original thank you Sir.
Thank you Gabe for taking us to places we may never see. Stay well…
So many WOW moments
I was there this September.
People call Kashmir beautiful, but for me, Ladakh is the most beautiful place in India
You missed the Pangong Tso and Tso Moriri lakes.
You better return 10 years from now and visit them.
Epic implies a dramatic unfolding journey, more in consciousness than geographically, being in Ladakh. Pleasant Journey!

You get a chance to thoroughly see an incredible part of the world just before any major snowstorms. Rajasthan is going the epic known for its incredible hill forts and palaces looking forward to the next days.
Beautiful filming and really relaxing to watch. Love the start of your videos. So relaxing with the music xxx thank you ❤
Wonderfully done!! Beautiful scenery.. I just love it! 😊
Excellent choice of soundtrack at the intro. It set the mood for a nostalgic adventure! Thanks Gabriel.

Sándor Csoma de Kőrös (Hungarian: [ˈʃaːndor ˈkøːrøʃi ˈt͡ʃomɒ]; born Sándor Csoma; 27 March 1784/8[1] - 11 April 1842) was a Hungarian philologist and Orientalist, author of the first Tibetan-English dictionary and grammar book.

How did I miss this vlog?! Watching now..
Thanks and appreciate for showing correct Bharat map. Shows your true love towards the nation
Amazing series in Ladakh Gabe, thank you. Really inspiring video to make me want to visit
I was in Leh and Ladakh earlier in the year when it was a bit warmer - though still not warm! I look forward to watching!
Beautiful footages of the region Gabriel. Like the other footages of the region. I hope one day when you go to Greece again you will do justice to it's heavy mountain regions, instead of 99% islands as you have so far been doing. I mean the regions of Epirus, Tymfi mountain, Aoos gorge, Vikos gorge,Tzoumerka mountains, Agrafa mountains, Pindus mountains, Evrytania, Acheloos valley, Mount Olympus, Rhodope, Mount Parnassos, Giona and Vardousia, and so on and so on, as quick rapid fire examples. If you go in March-April, you won't be dissappointed, it's truly breathtaking over there and will give you an insight of Greece's 80% mountains as well
i was wondering if you posted another video this morning, morning for me that is, will watch later today for sure!!
I bought a wheel of life painting when I was in Nepal, getting it framed, can't wait to collect it and put it on my wall.
Bravo 👌 now looking forward to your next adventure.

Congrats 🎉 First 100K views video of this India trip. I was waiting for this milestone.
Hey thanks. ✌️ 99k at the moment, looks like it will get there soon. It's about time, my last video to get to 100k was actually in India last spring.
The ruins on top of the hill at Shey are remnants of the original palace dating back to the 11th Century.
I see, thanks.
The statue at about 25:08 might be the great Buddhist meditation master Padmasambhava. Known as Guru Rinpoche to the Tibetans he was extremely important in the initial transmission of Vajrayana Buddhism to Tibet. He was hugely influential throughout the whole Himalayan region and there are many colossal statues that depict him , especially in Bhutan.
Yes guru rinpoche
The geological appearance of Ladakh shows that it is relatively young in geological terms. Stark but beautiful 😊
Fascinating area to explore. Very mysterious and beautiful.
Great choice of music & camera to buildup the opening & in between ! Well done👍

I forgot to mention. I was going to go from Delhi across to Varanasi, like my last trip, but I watched your Hampi video last night, and I’m thinking of that instead. It looked amazing. But a bit less populated. I am exploring the idea of flying from Delhi to Hampi.
Hampi is one of the best places in India, go for it, especially if you haven't been there yet.
You missed the Pangong Lake in Ladakh, brother 🙂
Incredibly beautiful 😍
It is always like discovering America "again". Many been there before!
STUNNING ❤

SO MYSTICAL ❤
Hey Brotherman, the colors / themes in that temple looked identical to those in Thailand. Although the themes are slightly different the style seem the same. Need to do the visa 10yr renewal this month afterwards. Next year I can see going to India. I don't miss the breathing under the covers to stay warm though, ha! Thanks for paving the way.

Yeah, what a place, I was lucky to get there some 41 years ago and wen to the Hemis festival, mind boggling! More up north Lahul and Spiti, Mustang Area in Nepal, Smye area in Tibet or Karakorum in Pakistan offer similar experiences... wonderful place this planet! The bus ride from Srinagar to Leh, via Kargil took 24 hrs. including overnight stay in Kargil !!!

Gabriel , This whole area is a rocky mountainous
desert it seems . I wondered if the temples, palaces , and shrines are ruins ,or built on previous ruins . The towns are in little valleys and built more recently with modern techniques, I guess. I didn’t see a source of water . This is all interesting , and makes me wonder why people moved there .
Thank you “professor” Gabriel . I learn something on every video !
It’s going to be 28 tonight , so need to get the outside spigots dripping, here in SE GA !

The statue of the man with the "trident" @25:00 is only the most important figure in the history of Tantric Buddhism in Tibet. His name is Padmasambhava, the 'Lotus-Born One'.
