I understand know why you're able to drop back to kapotasana😉 I'm so afraid of those poses ; since I have already one broken tendon in the L rotator cuff, I don't want to break another one. Your tutorial is very accurate with the explanations of which muscles you engage at this or that moment, I will give it to one of my friend who is very bendy and really wants to dropback ! I totally get it - I was very apprehensive to start practicing drop backs even though my Urdhva Dhanurasana was "good". I was only confident practicing under supervision of a trusted teacher for awhile! Not worth risking injury or reinjury!
