I learned the back bend back when I was 7. I'm 29 now and I have recently managed to perform it again. You can do it again since your body already knows how it's done.

Update: we learnt suplexes in wrestling a few months ago. Now i train them in the gym by doing the backbend with a slam ball, but like really aggressively. I'm back, baby.

This is amazing how drawing art helps in understanding of the muscle work going through the body.
Its pitty little bit that you have missed Somewhat on the drawing explanaiton for the breath work and energy work at the same time.
I think it probably could be done as well at least using colored arrows like bleu for the air movement and red for the energy (PranaApana)...?
But all in all your work is greate! Thank You.

Great video! Can you do one on the back bend kick over? Aka back walkover? That would be much appreciated as I've been able to do a back bend for years now but can't do the kickover on flat ground. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you!

Hey, I made the experience that training sissy squats is really helping with controlling the back bend. What do you think about that?

I would 100% agree, helps you hold yourself upright as you start to go backwards.
