Just noticed you put the brown on the skin under the knee.Make sure the brown tape doesnt touch the skin directly. This can be very painful when removing. I know from my own experience.thx for the video anyhow
you are very right about this... my skin got tear off because of the brown tap touches it... so....painfullllll

TK tape over the knee cap caused me serious pain. I don't recommend it.
