    Perfect! Been having terrible topical pain on top of and right side of knee. After doing this therapy just once, pain was reduced 85 percent. Thank you!

      Every tendon begins as a muscle. Tendons don't release, muscles do. To release the tendon, massage the muscle.

    My PT really flares up at night when I try to sleep, I seem to get at least one flare up each year and takes a week or so before it dissipates

    I have weak hands and fingers, so doing this is hard for me. What about a massage gun? Will that work just as well?

      I'm not a doctor or physical therapist, but I'm currently struggling with peroneal tendonitis. My physical therapist told me to use a tennis ball and rub on the area 3 times a day. So I think 3 times a day is enough.
