Can you include more of the business things in some videos? Estimates, your view on the local economy, business tips for new guys, tips for meeting clients and selling jobs? I’d like to hear your take on some of these topics!
You will find the right people bc your a good hard working young man and fair to your guys. You pay them fair market value, pay them on time, and your honest with them. You're young, so the environment and model of your business will change as you get older.
I love the “can you do it for $350”. Yeah, no haha. Some people need to hear about the working till 9pm, too many people think the business owner has it easy
Why is Eli leaving? He seemed like a good worker. Nick seems like he’s an excellent worker. What is the story with Eli? Can’t believe he’s leaving. You are such a nice person and a great boss. Looking forward to finding out why he’s leaving.
Seems like loss after loss. I'd hope on that opportunity to work for you lol. Would be so cool to have a nice boss like you, and the amazing workers you got!
You're a great guy and a cool boss. Keep doing what you're doing. You definitely are a class act and a kind soul. Keep these great videos coming. I love your work..😁👍
Just started watching your UA-cam channel, you have some interesting content. I notice that you do a lot of landscaping along with mowing have you ever thought about getting a license for spraying yards I did lawn care for 40 years started out just mowing mulching simple stuff then I went to school and got my chemical license best thing I ever did.💲💲😅 I retired a few years back one of my sons took over and he don't have a chemical license but He does have someone working for him that does that, started chemical services about 24 years ago chemicals It is easy And the money is good.👍 A hope you have a good season looks like you started out good I'm from Ohio I know it was a wet spring season 🌧.
Yep, it's a good move for him. You can do better! He will come back bc no one is gng to put up with his tweaks and attitude. He wldnt work for me no matter how good of an operator one is. Yeah, don't get mad at employees, match if you can and if they bare worth it, but don't break your pocket to compete. Don't get mad bc it's a business. I know everyone says oh we are family. No, at the end of the day, they are employees.
Wasn’t that good of an operator anyway, your best bet is to pick one guy and teach him, maybe big guy with the beard. I really don’t think that any decent operator would want to work for you, no offense but landscaping is just boring. But you can teach one that will be really good for your business.
In all seriousness, if he’s a good worker, how much more cna he have gotten to go there? No hate. But with all the new equipment and trucks you have, you can’t squeeze another 3-400 a week to keep a good guy?
Who knows the reasons why he’s quitting both Eli and Mike are the stereotypical young kids who think they are top shit and got it all figured out. They both need to be thrown on their ass to be humbled. Nick does the same amount of work as them and is very humble tom is a young successful businessman who is very very humble. Also nobody but them know what he’s getting paid but I have a feeling they get taken care of pretty good to afford trucks like that.
@@snowblowerman5115come throw me on my ass then, you’re a goofball try working instead of criticizing the ones doing the work… maybe you’ll have a nice truck one day too
@@snowblowerman5115hey pal how about you come on this side of town and humble me. Sorry im good at my job and decided to go on to better thing. You should grow up instead of hating on 19 year old get a life

@@eliezercolon2466 I’m a younger guy myself. You have every right and honesty are smart for putting yourself on the market. Just don’t burn any bridges / try and squeeze dollars where you have it good.

Question how old do you have to be to work for a mowing company
Every company is different 😂😂😂 you would have to apply and ask them in person instead of random people online…..
