I just bought the camera on a fleemarket.(sorry for my bad english) But when I take pictures with the camera and the focus point is further then 1.1m it gets blurry. So like portret or details are fine but when I want to take a picture of a house it gets blurry. I noticed that the distance meter isn't going higher then 1.1m. Do you know what I can do about this because I really love the camera but all the photo's are blurry...
I'm loving going back to old cameras the one slight frustration is my old eye's are not as tack sharp as they once were so manual focus becomes a mission at times, I was searching for an auto focus camera wit manual film advance which I love, this was the first I found. Time to go shopping cheers for the vid. Liked and subbed.
Hi, the greenlight inside the viewfinder is underexposure lamp, right? But when I took photo on daytime & outdoor, I can see that greenlight. Is it normal? And how to know exactly when I need turn on the flash?
The green light means "af locked on and memorised". Now it's time to compose your picture. Flash should be switched on the moment a red flash symbole appears in the viewfinder.
Helloo! Question. So I loaded my film and closed the back but when I was advancing it, the rewind knob is not turning so i assumed I didn't load it properly. I already took 2 shots, so i tried rewinding it so I can unload and reload it again. The problem is i didn't do it in a pitch black room. Are the remaining frames already exposed if that's the case? Or just the 2 shots i took? Hope you'll reply 🥺
Firstly, the negatives inside the canister may be initially loose, therefore the rewind knob sometimes doesnt turn together with each advance. Link to understand on the 'film loose'. ua-cam.com/video/ahm-Y3XcvKY/v-deo.html . secondly, if the film is not unloaded in pitch dark room, the first 2 frames (and those length that's not in the canister) probably exposed or have light leaks. Well, depends on how dark it was, film iso, exposure duration etc. The rest of the negatives that are still in the canister are not exposed and can still be used.
@@8storeytree omg thank youuuu so much! I appreciate your help and I've been watching your video over and over as I have the same camera. You helped me a lot! 🤍
@@aletheiaaaa_ not too sure the full extent without diagnosing the camera itself. but u can try the following :- 1) try to fire off the shutter - if that particular frame has not been used, it will not let u advance further. 2) and in order to fire it off, make sure u have fresh batteries and the contacts are clean. - u can try the flash and see if it charges.
Half press the shutter while pointing at yout subject. Compose and fully press the release. If a red flash symbole lights up while half pressing the shutter, switch on the flash.
can probably try changing to newer batteries and/or wait slightly longer for it to charge up, some older cameras will have this issue. If it doenst help, then probably the flash is faulty and would need repairs. :(
Good video! I just got one of these, for some reason my camera always focuses to infinity, even if I am trying to take a photo at around 2m! Any ideas what the issue might be?

mine is doing exactly the same, when I turn on the flash it shows correctly the focus distance but when I turn it off the mark always goes to 1m. Have you already revealed the pictures? Are they well focused? Thanks!
sometimes, the film in the canister is a little lose. try to tighten the film in the canister by turning the rewind knob clockwise. if no there's no tension or that it still doesn't turn after tightening, chances are the film wasn't loaded properly and not caught in the spool.

hello, my ASA/ISO dial seems to be stuck to 200 but my film says that the iso is 500. how would that turn out?
does any AA batteries can do or is there a specific battery for it?
Any aa

weird, why did al my photos come out blurry? Is the AF broken? it moves when i take a picture
Was the focusing moving to the correct distance?
hi! since im a beginner in film camera. do u have any recommendation film camera for me?
8storeytree.com/ishootfilm/ . can click on shopping guide for an easy faq recommendations.
what is a film speed ? how can I know how to turn the selctor ring?
Film speed is the same as iso asa so if your roll of film is iso 200 you set 200 on the camera

Can you also do a review on olympus af-c.. really really having a hard time figuring it out
olympus c-af? let us try to get our hands on it. :D do help subscribe to our channel.
Mine has a glass "Hoya 46mm" lens over the asa setting so I can't access it. Why is that?
'hoya 46mm' is a lens filter. turn to remove it.
Can it be like any type of film?? like any brand? Also where could you get the pictures developed??
Fits all 35mm films. Developing at photo labs, depending where you're at. 😁
In your opinion is the EFP or AF better? I'm a complete beginner to film
Sorry, we dun have an EFP.
The ASA/ISO dial seems to be stuck on mine, any advice for un-sticking it?
not too sure how the mechanism is stuck inside for yours. but u'd probably have to remove the lens to assess and fix those parts.
What battery does it use?
it uses aa batteries.
Hello, is there an automatic mode fort the speed of the iso?
It has auto-exposure for range 35-400 ISO.
I have the same camera and the knob for advancing the film won't turn all the way. Do you know how I can fix this?
Not too sure what you mean by 'all the way'. As in its stuck before reaching the next frame?
@@8storeytree It gets stuck midway and won't turn all the way to the right. Because of that, I can't load the film correctly

The capacitor of the flash can be replaced relatively easily. But be careful, high voltages occur!
do you have to use a specific type/brand of film ?
if so, what brand of film did you use in the video ?
it can fit all 35mm films.
