Mine doesn’t even have the latch to open the film cartridge
Is it suppose to auto focus when pressed halfway? I thought it was suppose to beep when it’s in focus? Also, my counter doesn’t change. It always stays on S. I’m having problems with mine and I just bought it. Wondering if it’s just me.

Hi , does the icon in the viewfinder for the distance light up when half pressing the shutter button , or does it only light up before pressing when the shutter when you use the focus lock slider ?
Mine only lights up before when I use the focus lock ?

U have to send the film for development at a lab. There they can the negatives scanned as a soft opy.

I have one with auto focus and I don’t know why the flash isn’t as bright as it is. How can I get that to work or do I need to fix it?
not too sure what u mean on the flash not as bright. though u cant really control the flash brightness so it probably needs repairs.
Hello, again me haha, using your video till now because I always forget how to unload lol. Anyway I wanted to ask-- does Minolta have a function where gonna be dates of photos visible in photos?
not for 'Hi-Matic AF', date versions are 'Hi-Matic AF-D'
When loading the film how do you know you are on the first frame?
not too sure what you mean. once film is loaded, close back cover and advance to the next frame. then start shooting.
hi when i loaded the film and advanced the lever, the knob on the left moved. but while shooting sometimes i’d turn the knob accidentally but it’s still locked down in place. when i take a picture and advance the lever, the knob would stop moving along with the advance lever, does that mean the film isn’t advancing ?
Shd be fine. Sometimes the film in the camera is slightly loose therefore the rewind knob and advance lever dun turn together. If you're worried, u can try tightening the rewind knob by turning it clockwise (without pressing the rewind release button) .

it really depends on what the settings & film asa are and the environment it was shot in. Overexposed shots = too bright. Underexposed shots = dark.
How many photos can you take with 1 roll?

Do you need to follow what is the ISO of your film roll and set it up on the Minolta H-Matic AF? for example if its ISO 400 then do i need also to set up the camera as ISO 400? Thanks in advance!
@@alyannazafra9226 yes. Would recommend that u follow and set the iso same as the film. Unless u intend to do some 'pull or push techniques' etc.
