I've begun dermarolling and so excited - in the past i used to have a very intricate, multi step skincare routine (especially at night) and through your channel I'm learning i can make my skin look great without most of that...that's amazing. I'm just in my 30s, but I think aging gracefully is an artform that should be passed down from generation to generation. It plays such a big part in keeping your confidence and self esteem...and feeling beautiful when you aren't 20 years old anymore! We all still got it 😉

If you use oils before you dermaroll it can cause infections . You taught us to always dermaroll with clean skin to avoid infections, rashes. And you don’t want to ruin your dermaroller with the oils either.

I have gone to 2 #microneedling sessions with my doctor, February and March and i can tell how my skin has become smoother even after the first session. Im 62 and afraid of needles but i braved it for the sake of better skin. I do have other things i practice to keep my skin more youthful like sunblock and castor oil and this oil was a miracle! I am so thankful i learned about it. I also use Zamat Bluedott memory foam pillow and Blissy silk pillow case. How do you use the castor oil?
I think The reason oil should not be used right after microneedling is because it will sting, and clog pores and irritate skin because the micro wounds are open.

I would think as the pores are open after derma roll, oil's will only block the pores causing a breakout on the skin. I think, as I am not a dermatologist.

Oil could be irritating. I would worry about a rashes and maybe even a granuloma depending on what type is used.
OILS could cause infections, rashes and clogged pores and might ruin your derma roller on top of it!

It seems the oil will block the action of the derma rollar.
Dermarolling with oil depends on a person's skin. Some may get breakouts or rashes. You should only use oil if it can be washed off of the roller head.

How do you feel about dermaplaning? I’m a beginner (well, haven’t technically started microneedling yet) & I wanted to do both separately at different points. Considering, micro isn’t done that often.

I just don’t know when to fit it in if you have to put your face on to the world everyday.. and you have to avoid makeup etc for 3 days afterwards. Also what if you suffer with fungal skin problems or you have autoimmune issues which makes healing time slower?wouldn’t this just make the issue worse and cause unnecessary flare ups?

Im depressed. Been taking care of my skin for years. Stipped using all fabcy creams now as i feel im wasting my money. I did go for laser lygjt therapy. Made zero difference at all. Deema rolling i have jusy started. I use castor oil, massage, face yoga. No difference at all. I drink loads of water. Eat healthy for he last 30 years. I dont use make up. I did spend time in sun, used to smoke and drink. Stopped all that and look worse (think its because i look more now lol). Im 53 . Look 73. Hate it

The pillow is a real thing. I had a prominent folds since early 20s, and on the right side it was much much more seen, so much that people were constantly asking. My stupid me realized too late that I am sleeping only on my right side the whole life. I immediately relearned on left side, hoping it could be at least symmetrical. 😅 Years went by, it didnt helped. Doing face yoga for years, skin care, hydration, it didnt help. Probably have also genetics for it. Now Im 35 and I have just two wrinkles - my nasolabial folds, but pretty deep.

Hi love! 0.75mm dermaroller is too deep to start with, I recommend using 0.25mm and starting 5x each direction to help your skin adjust into the treatment. 🙏🏻

I sleep all the time awake 4 hours a day ugh xxx oil would be bad with Derma rollers. Puncture skin oil will clog. Hope your well preggy girl ❤❤❤
Oil=higher risk for infection. Oil will stick to dermaroller and tool will be much more difficult to clean, which will lead to bacterial growth on tool that will be transferred to skin during use.
Dermarolling is what ruined my skin in the first place! :(

It was at least 5 years ago and I have had melasma ever since that I've never been able to get rid of :,( I do think it was a cheaper one but I will NEVER use one on my skin again, it's not worth the risk. Now I can't leave the house without makeup and the texture of the skin where I used it is aged and horrible too. :(

Shouldn’t use derma roller with oil due to the fact that it punctures your skin and oil would penetrate and cause things like irritation, breakouts e.t.c. Also the oil is sticky and could get stuck to the derma roller itself which would then cause growth of bacteria easily

I bought that pillow and it gave me the worst neck and head pain, big waste of money for me
Is it too much to do .25 on Wednesday, then follow that same Saturday with .5? That’s giving 72 hours in between each one but idk if I should only do .25 and do that twice a week?
