Vietnamese we are tough, agressive rude , impolite but that only way to make a country 100 million people work. Philippino easy going people but it not going to work, you need to put the gun the bad guy head and say " just do it"

@@VanTran-ne4yf I’m Filipino. I can take the criticism because I wanna to learn, and to know what the other cultures say about us. The problem is a lot of Filipinos only wanna hear to good side of us. They can’t take constructive criticisms. You can tell me brother.

Hi Grandpa would you buy a condo again considering you only stay in the Philippines 3-4 months out of the year and the hardship you went through with your condo.
Yes I will as long as values appreciate the way they are appreciating. Also, I have no choice if I want to maintain a stable home base where I could leave all my belongings. Ask me again when I sell the condo. Maybe I will have a different opinion...maybe not.
@@vloggergrandpa2707Ha. I have a condo in Makati that I’ve been trying to sell for 2 years in a row. Sure it has appreciated more than twice in
price since 2012. It is located in Salcedo, a very good location. The condition is excellent as I have maintained it quite well. Have I sold it? No luck, even if I lowered the price below market price. Buying a condo in the Philippines seems like a good investment but unlike in the USA, you will find out that they are not so easy to sell. Thinking back, I would rather have invested in the stock market. You are right about the time thing. It would be better to write a contract with a time frame when dealing with contractors.
Do you work outside Forida ie California?
Psalm is in Florida, but works nationwide in US and Philippines.
