Cassabanana, (Sicana odorifera) part 2

Well, we got into one. They have been slowly ripening in the window for the whole winter. We had to take them a little early for the vine died back for the winter months and there was not the temperatures needed for proper ripening. Hawaii is actually a little cold for Cassabanana.
