You can use a wirebug dash, the straight one when your weapon is sheathed, you can do plenty of things actually or even use the greatsword power sheathe. Some switch skills give you mobility to get through but be careful, some skills give "Super armor" and some others give "I-frames". Super armor means you take a little less damage and you don't get knockbacks or trips, can be very dangerous, think of it like rocksteady mantle, useful but can kill you. I-frames make you completely invulnerable. For example foresight slash with the longsword or the beginning of the metsu seryuigeki of the sword and shield. Most dashes with wirebugs give super armor not s so be careful! You definitely can do it tho

you can also just use two wirebugs to jump over it. the dragonators aren't as high as they might seem (just doesn't look as cool)
