Recipe and ingredients:
0:00 - Intro
0:01 - 2 chicken breasts (~500g)
0:25 - A pinch of salt
0:30 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
0:33 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
0:36 - Black pepper
0:56 - 1⁄3 cup corn starch
1:00 - ½ cup all purpose flour
1:04 - 1 tablespoon baking powder
1:08 - 150ml cold water
2:58 - 2 tablespoons hot sauce
3:03 - ½ cup sweet chili sauce (100ml)
3:10 - 20g butter
4:13 - Spring onion

That looks really good, I just try to cook low carb and adding flour and corn starch or just starch adds to many carbs for me especially since I'm sure the sweet chili sauce has to have carbs as well. I need to try making this and just not add the flour and corn starch and then just toss in the sauce. I know it won't be the same...but maybe just a tad healthier. But, I love your cooking I have made several of your recipes especially the Honey Garlic Chicken Breast. That's super YUMMY!!! I love your channel.
