I just finished a card like this. I didn't have a cutting die to make the jar cut out, If I had watched your video much sooner, you would have shown me the perfect way to have cut it out. Mine did not come out as good as yours. But now I know what to do for the next time I use my jar stamp. Thank you for all your videos. I love the way you go about doing everything on your cards. Such a cute card! Thanks for showing your process for constructing the shaker part. I’m definitely going to try cutting an X and using scissors since I’m not skilled at using my x-acto knife for that type cutting.

That's such a cute shaker card and so easy! The only way I knew to make a shaker card was to use foamcore and cut a hole in it, glue cs onto the back of the foam core, attach the image to the inside of that, put the shaker material inside of the opening & glue the transparency onto the top piece of cs & glue that down. I like this method better & it seems more like a card, though the other way can produce good shaker cards. I made a very gaudy St. Pat's Day shaker card that way-too cute!

+anita albert this video is several years old. I think it was the Dollarama - now foam tape can be purchased almost anywhere - most online crafting stores carry it.
