I’d suggest seeing a fertility specialist that works specifically with recurrent losses. They’ll do blood work for all sorts of things such as blood clotting disorders that could be preventing a sustainable pregnancy.

Hey i had 4 miss carriage. I have Auto immune disease hypothyroidism also.
i took IVIG 3 set on NOVEMBER DECEMBER 2023.
AND egg pick up done on july 2024.
Now i am going to transfer on 28 aug. Should i take ivig again before transfer?

I had the same thing, but my hypothyroidism turned into hyperthyroidism after 2 IVF cycles. For my first transfer I took IVIG but still misscarraied it at 3.5 week. In my second transfer I decided not to do IVIG cause my Anto TPO bodies were only 57. So I decided not to do it and now I'm 6 week pregnant. So I think if you can afford IVIG and have high anti TPO bodies than you can go ahead

Also, I took baby aspirin this time . Idnt knw if it helped. But if your thyroid is in range than it should cause issues. Try lowering your anti TPO antibodies that can calm your immune system

I had again 5th missed abortion with pgt tested embryo.
I took ivig before pick up. And during transfer dr given intralipid and after positive second intralipid dose. Repeat.
7 week missed abortion with cardiac activity
Anti tpo high 400
