Trust me you've been one of the best teachers I've ever came across UA-cam, the way you presented each and every concept with the slight tinge of sarcasm and making it so informative and crystal clear. I'm glad I came across this channel.
I swear down you know the exact course content I need and when I need it because every time I have an exam coming up the exact video I need is released
I am not a medical student. I don’t understand and won’t remember much but all these info is just fascinating and you make it easy to understand. Thank you!
hey medicosis than you for all the information you provide in your videos however i found that according to recent research Beyond their antimicrobial functions, α-defensins have been found to activate the classical complement pathway. This occurs through a mechanism that is independent of antigen-antibody complexes.
U mentioned that there is no ag-ab complex is formed in innate immunity but here it is mentioned that ag-ab complex activates NK cells which is a part of innate immunity I don't understand
A recent study indicates that people with “long haul covid” that have anosmia or parosmia are actually suffering from a T cell mediated immune response. If this is the case, would the administration of a glucocorticoid or cyclosporine help a patient recover their smell?
Regarding the B-cell activation via the help of Th2... it seems like a similar process can occur via the Th1 cells, that will lead to the production of ACUTE immunoglobulins mediated by the Th1 stimulation of the B cells --> Plasma cells --> (IgG, IgM). Or am I confusing something?
This lecture is wonderful and really helped me a lot thanks but one question please, How B7 protein presented on B cell? as the B cell is already in lymphnode and it has already received the extracellular antigens where it come from neutrophils in innate immunity. I see the macrophage which has the B7 protein will bind to cd28. I know you said any of APCs but B cells will not react with T cell. That's my question, to be honest I'm little bit confused
You are literally a life saver 🥲 Can't thank enough 🥺 When ever I can't find any topic by you I literally can never understand that topic from anywhere else..
