I think it is so cool that you leave the parts where your little boy is being a kid in the video and you don't even seem fazed by it in the slightest. I've seen this in a few of your videos. My 2020 Chevy Silverado RST which I bought November 1, 2020 has the Midnight Edition and everything is blacked out except the Z71 front fender emblems and muffler tips which are chrome. Yours look good now and may do mine. Just came back to Chevy after many years with Ford and I am 69 but not happy about electric engines but at my age won’t have to worry about it much. Have a daughter 14 and she once said I hope they don’t have electric engines before I can drive and she will be eligible to get learners permit in 6 months. She already knows how to drive though. Thanks for all your videos because I am an old guy who loves cars and always have. Still detail mine and my wife’s. She is 23 years younger and loved cars also.

I think that should be a consumer choice and by then they may change their minds in allowing for that but to go all Electric.... nope not me. Chip shortages are hard enough now how about then. Ive been following this build for a while, being I bought the same truck at the same time. How did the paint hold up on the tips before swapping exhaust? Also that gm is now tooling up to build a new small block. Looks like that 2035 date worked well for them.

If you remove the step pockets on the bumper you get to the top bolts “a bit” easier.

Love your truck. I’m using your videos to black out my own 2020 Silverado. Can you check your can and see if it is Rust-Oleum 7778830? I want to make sure I get the same flat look.

Please modify your mirrors. Did that to mine. They make tinted led mirror inserts for the trailboss. Look way cooler blackout style.

Love it. i have a 2022 silverado trail boss and currently blacking out everything
. I actually removed the Z71 emblems on the front fenders and removed the trail boss decals on the rear sides of bed and replaced with new matte black ones and it looks incredible. Now ive pulled off the red tow hooks in front and the chrome exhaust tips in rear and was about to call a powder coat company in town to get a quote but now im considering the $4 painting option. I still have the chrome 6.2L and Silverado LT chrome going on and im torn between buying new black ones or plastidip spraying like youve done. Im sure it has been asked but when you plastidip spray and it dries did you have to carefully cut between each letter to get all the pastidip removed off the truck or is there a fairy tale world chance that it just easily pulls off without removing the plastidip from the lettering as well ???? Thanks
