I kept wanting her to paint what I saw as missed spots. Looks good just npt my style
@@carolannaitken5812 I understand! I like aged/distressed, but I know it’s not for everyone!
Should always clean even if it's dish soap and water, vinegar/ water/ simply green , wipe with clean water rag, dry
i love the dresser as is too! I love the color and paint though and you got me started on painting and changing up my old furniture , give it a new look, so much more affordable than buying new furniture!!
SO much more affordable!
I love fusion mineral paint 😊
Yes, I do now too!
Beautiful love this !!
Thank you! Have you used this paint?
@@BrookeJohnsonTheJunkParlor No i have not I am gonna buy it next week I saw it at my local antique mall a vendor had it for 25! I, beautiful like colors and I like to support private vendors as well . I am thinking of ordering on line probably cheaper in the future.
@@trash2vintagetreasures Great! I'm sure you will love it.
Love that color!❤
Thank you!!
@@BrookeJohnsonTheJunkParlor very welcome i just ordered the cast iron my first time using fusion so very excited
@@Freddybender123 You will love it!!
Looks good. Curious how well the paint adhered?
Very well! No issues at all!
To be honest stunned it wasn’t cleaned and repaired plus all the brush strokes🤔
🤷🏼♀️ I guess everyone likes different things! It sold💕
I haven’t seen the after but I absolutely loved the before!
I did too but after years of it not selling I had to do something...and it sold!
So did this paint compare to others you used?
Yes! I really liked it! Goes on well, easy to distress and held up.
All of the brush strokes are visible because the correct technique was not followed.
Oh, what do you do?
Thinner coats of paint, long strokes from end to end to conceal brush marks.
@@SSQCanada thanks for the tips!
Meh. You cant even do long strokes with Fusion bc the paint dries almost immediately. It’s like the paint version of Bondo. And if you mist with water, the pigment separates and you have a mess. All youre paying for is their marketing, not a quality paint.
@@susanvorodi4571 have you tried dipping your brush in water and then in paint?
The way you’re painting this is giving me so much anxiety. It’s crazy. Chaos. But I love fusion mineral paint baby. It’s like butter it’s not chalk paint.
😂🤪sorry
turn your work clothes inside out then any paint will be inside not on the front of your clothes..sounds funny but has saved many of my clothes
🙌
Change
Not fussy about it. Don’t like the parts that had no paint at all on it
I like the distressed look🤷♀️
Thanks for letting everyone know your opinion.
Not a fan.
Not a fan of the paint or the color I picked?
Of the paint or her technique? Or are you just a trolling?
Thumbs DOWN on many levels, from beginning to "end"...
Thanks for taking the time to share that with me! Have a great day!
That’s not very kind, it just looks like she’s used to using chalk based paint. You suck.
