Ojai is the home of master brewers Flying Embers, who make fantastic kombuchas, to which I am very loyal despite the fact their product isn't sold at many places in New Jersey where I live. I hope the folk on Breaking Bread consider pairing whatever they are cooking/eating with one of FE's brews.

Yeah misleading. Kathleen is only in the last 10 minutes.
Methinks the “underlying consistency” perception Tom mentioned lies in *knowing* that the bread being eaten is made by a human being... not a machine, not completely science-based.
I’m all for craft, but there’s a great little playzone of imperfection that our mommas (and Papas!)... not to mention generation upon generation of nonnas... have always rocked in family kitchens, and a lot of the soul of food preparation lies in that zone.

First, get an editor. Second, lie better. In a video that’s 1’36” long, where Kathleen Madigan appears at the 1’26” mark, why bother? Why put her in the title of your video when she appears only at the tail end, like an afterthought. Pretty shitty move.
