Had the same problem with my Mama cat who had just gave birth to kittens behind my canoe and there was a hurricane threatening, finally found them in my neighbors waterpump house and was able to crate them. Ended up with 3 people, 3 dogs and 6 cats inside my sm 2 bedroom 🏡 🤪

I cancelled my Netflix a few days ago because once again I was loving a show that ended on a cliffhanger and Netflix cancelled the goddamn thing ! F@#$ them ! I need to get shit done and go outside and play anyway !
I was a criminal justice (not criminology) major at WSU and dated a guy from U of Idaho because it’s just 10 miles away. Don’t know if people realize how close they are and in the middle of nowhere. They had a younger drinking age in Idaho. That was safe. Anyway, wouldn’t be surprised if they knew each other from a bar (better bars in Moscow, ID than in Pullman, WA). A lot of people in those towns hung out together. He was a good looking guy who could have passed for their age.
Didn’t know any PhD students, but don’t think I knew any mass murderers either.
Maybe the snowy owl is just delivering some letters from Hogwarts?

There seems to be some confusion on the VR headset topic. The one that has a >1k pricetag is the Meta Quest Pro model. The “knockoff” one you’re referring to is most likely the Meta Quest 2. They are both made by Meta. The Quest Pro is made for business applications and is not intended for consumer home use. But some are still spending the money because they want the new and “best.” The Quest 2 on the other hand is the consumer grade one and has enjoyed a lot of success for its “value” price and accessibility. Kathleen, I think if you would have tried a game called Beat Saber you would have a totally different opinion on VR. It’s a rhythm game where you wield dual light sabers and slash at boxes to the beat of upbeat electronic music. It’s extremely fun, immersive, and addicting. My 60+ mother in law almost bought her own VR headset just to feel like a “disco Jedi ninja.”
