How to Give Feedback to Your Boss - Negative Feedback
i love her sarcastic smile after talking to* "the boss." 😂
Although this is an older post ( 4 years ago) I found it very helpful and very relevant to helping me become a stronger & more effective leader. I am looking forward to implementing this info with my team. Thank you Shari
Why can’t you be direct to higher ranked persons? What are they gonna do? Straight to the point
Great suggestions!
Tysm!
Shari, warm greetings and big thank you from India.
My advice - if you have a boss who takes the price for your work and does not acknowledge your contribution - PLAN EXIT !!!
It is such an illusion believing that any type of conversation will help you. Just behave as you are not noticing any of his/her games and LEAVE!
Absolutely right. All those talks are only talks. In reality, if your boss is not willing to hear or listen to your thoughts and/or suggestions, he/she will not. And doesn't matter how much questions you will ask...
What if asking questions pisses the person off just as much as being direct
reno nyabuti Ask then how they’re feeling.
I am in the same situation and I don't think it is anything we can do to change it. Because for them to engage and change the attitude, they would need to change their personality. It's not going to happen without their willing, especially if the person is in a much higher position. So the answer is either stick with this or look elswere...
F** with this nonsense..If you boss comes from world where ethics are not taught and thinks he/she is the only smart person who can abuse the power and steal credit.. A law should be in place and employee should be allowed to sue irrespective of up in command buys it.
