I didn't sit and listen. I was cleaning my house. Using this method, it was able to pull my subconscious mind in full force and I was absolutely mind blown!

It came live when i was in the car, sitting in between destinations, on a road trip with my son. While doing the meditation i felt led to get the tigers eye, i had just procured, and hold it while meditating.
After the meditation, we went to a local coffee shop in Chatt, and after being there a little while, i felt led to get the bag of stones, i had just bought from the crystal store. I was told to put the tiger's eye back in...and offer one to the beautiful lady working there.
She was delighted and chose the tiger's eye...saying it called to her as soon as she saw it. She was quite giddy after that.
It is beautiful how things play out and miracles find homes in so many hearts along the way.
The crystal store wasn't planned...nothing on the trip was...we just set out towards Chattanooga and let the Spirit lead our way...really cool day...and thankful for the blessings we spread along the way. Thank you all for being a part of that ...that love being sent to that woman and all the people she will touch along the way🥰
By any standard, this is nothing less than therapeutic. It is priceless.

Seriously love Brian ! He has changed my world completely, I found meditation on my own years ago and this year I’ve been with Brian and his guided stuff. Pure amazing!
After doing this meditation tonight, I saw several very small dark rodent-like creatures walking out of the room with a male. I perceive they were leaving as if they had no option; that their time had run out.
So I spoke to them telling them go and do not return.
Hmmm!🤔

I’m doing this one OFTEN. 😂 I’ll be honest it was a little difficult to repeat back the first times but maaaaaan-there are some POWERFUL words Brian. And I’ve been asking for a meditation where I could connect to my Source Creator too!😁
I really like 7:30 too for that protective ball. I think I’ll use that one for general low energy protection as well.
