We had a heat wave here in Vegas that was 115-120 degrees for almost two weeks straight… absolutely brutal! I was running everyone’s AC for my interior details! Good video guys! Cheers
Omg that crazy I don’t think I’m made for that lol I also do that to keep us cool in the summer thank you for the comment i appreciate you loving your content as well 👊🏽
Car wash mode also turns off the auto wipers and the keeps the charge port closed otherwise it will keep opening when it feels pressure like someone is trying to open it
Great tips for detailing Tesla. I was not aware of Car Wash mode but I will use it from now on. I will be a new subscriber. Wish you success growing your UA-cam channel.
Until someone closes the door hard enough to bust the glass😂😂😂I just clean the top of the window when the door is open, then the bottom of the window when the doors are closed.
In colder environments Tesla drops windows a bit automatically when locking the car to avoid windows freezing to frame so that next time you can enter the car without issues. When putting car to carwash mode windows are going highest possible position during wash so no water can enter to car.
For the bottom of the windows you can get in the car and close the door. The windows will go up and you can clean the bottom of the inside windows from sitting on the seats from the inside of the car.
@m3finish That's nothing ,Phx gets up to 119 . Not at the moment but? Working on it from my residential. Keep up the great videos & content. Enjoyed your Tesla one. Good fun facts
Never do the tip with windows! It's just a matter of time when you slam the door with a window up. What happens next in this case - you'll smash a window. This is a very common issue when people are trying to open/close doors whyle a car is updating software.
Every exotic car manufacturers recommend it so someone getting paid alot then r n d says Paint and glass is temperamental it likes to go up in temperature gradually and lower gradually. Imagine putting a painted piece in and out of heat then cool it immediately; I'm not rocket scientist but that sounds horrible. Glass is known to cracked if shocked with cold water if it's super hot.
What's the best way to clean windows that are tinted? I've heard that ammonia is a no-no. Thank you and keep up the good work!

Car wash mode is way more than that. The most useful is that it closes the a/c intake air flap so water isn't forced into your filters.
Wow I never knew that thank you for that gem 💎
Nice Video!

Or put something on the ground between the door and the car or a thick towel on the door sill so the door wont close
Disagree just pay attention.
why couldn't you sit in the passenger or driver seat with the door closed and do the inside?
@@Xeyedjohnthat’s what I do. I’ll wipe the top of the window when the door is open. Close it. Wipe the inside. Get out. Wipe the outside!😂
Yeah you definitely need to be cautious when doing this tip thank you for the comment 🙏🏽
"vegan leather" aka vinyl
Yeah 😅
NEVER WASH UR CAR IN DIRECT SUNLIGHT ONLY OVERCAST / SHADE
sure buddy
That advice is for people that wash their cars on a Saturday. Not professionals
That a good tip but to avoid water spots you can use a DI filter 🙏🏽
