Florence is known for playing "Tall," lets take this literally. As Florence you must own a straight line of provinces from Norway to Sicily to truly play tall.
I did a Dithmarschen -> Russia game that I finished yesterday, feeling pretty proud and thought I could share here. Finished with around 8k development, nearly 3 million troops in the field. I also made the client states of Yugoslavia, Belgium and Romania 😅 It was a really fun game, definitely recommend Dithmarschen!
As Florence, you could conquer the cities of Venice, Rome, Bizantium and Masyaf (province of Hama, near Aleppo, in Syria). In honor of Ezio Auditore of Florence and his ancestor Altair (Assasins Creed games from 1 to Brotherhood)
And about "posadik" - there were actually two guys who ruled Novgorod - posadnik and archbishop. Posadnik was elected by veche - something like a Parlament in Novgorod. By the 15th century there were more than one of them, but at that time Novgorod had become more like oligarchy than a democracy
Ok, you won't wait for letter T to play Florence. I guess, we will see Cusco in season "I", when there will be Inca nation. Also, I hope, you won't forget Karabakh in season "K" which shares the ideas with Armenia (considered unique on the Wiki).
As Florence: Form Ultimate Absolute Supreme Shin Italy - by nationhopping as many nations that have permanent modifiers in their mission tree rewards as possible, such as Bavaria and Sardinia-Piedmont, before forming Italy. I was going to recommend nationhopping to Two Sicilies too, but their permanent modifiers are really not that good, so I don't think it matters that much. Also, bonus points if you put Tifa Lockhart in the video's thumbnail.
It’s funny that you declared a no-cb war on the province of Vishny Volochek - and I just returned today from this lands! Brought a ton of bilberry’s and mushrooms
@3:45 that is the best time to attack! Denmark and friends have boats to blockade Neva so you can land. If you wait for Muscovy then Novgorod's boats will keep you out since Muscovy doesn't have a navy!
Garhwal, has wal in the name, so own the entirety of that other wall: Own the entire length of the Great Wall of China and become the Great Garhwall of China
Big picture of Lenin lmao. I was gonna say he actually did it, but I’m not sure this campaign would survive much longer lmao. Commonwealth is strong, he only has poor af lands.
Proto-communists did exist in the eu4 time frame. An example is the True Levellers or "Diggers" of England in 1649. Also the german anabaptists communist movement during the peasants war.
You know... I know Hanover is coming up. And I can't help but notice that the Hanover flag looks almost identical to the Ryazan flag. Sounds like shenanigans to me.
I like how Burgundy always attacks Liege because the script doesn't show Austria's allies, but how come you never see Denmark try doing the same? Lots of small opms up there to attack, it would make sense.
If you left the hre you didn't have to I think You could have brought in the Russian provinces into the HRE, and then moved capital, and be Russia in HRE I think
Playing tall is not expanding through military means and not taking land but devving your provinces to make insane amounts of income, etc. Playing wide is taking land and expanding militarily.
- Declares that peasants will take over Russia. - Takes over a very weak republic. - Dissolves the republic and creates a new empire. - Implodes economy and gets rid of all advisors. Yup, congratulations, you created a historically accurate USSR.
May i ask why you are choosing "Republicanism" instead of "Political Dynasties" as government reform? Its +1 random monarch skill on a new ruler, which helps far more than mere 0.20 yearly republic tradition that only gives 1 Rep. Tradition every 5 years, even though your election happens every 4 years (depending on the third reform and even then its just 5 years).

As florence, form florida.
Speedform the Roman Empire obviously
Prague has a "Florenc" district, so you should conquer Prague and (if possible) go hussite
Take over italy and conquer africa while listening to waafrica the waluigi version of africa
conquer Egypt
Florence is known for playing "Tall," lets take this literally. As Florence you must own a straight line of provinces from Norway to Sicily to truly play tall.
I love it, xDDD
Long Italy
He should make a dickbutt of provinces in the HRE.
Why stop there? Provinces all the way down to South Africa in a straight line!
Truly cancer. I love it

Soviet Union indeed
Bro made an iron curtain
Stalin would be proud!
I don’t know, if I ever had 3 Million troops, not even as I did my world conquest (maybe together with my colonies).
Me: “I’ve seen everything in this game with my 2000 hours”
TheRedHawk: Rivals Muscovy as Friesland in 1459
17:26 In russian "posadnik" (посадник) literraly means "the one who sits [on throne]"
"посадить" - "to make somebody sit"
So, president?
@@50mt technicaly, yes, posadniks were elected by Veche (Novgorod parliament) every 1-2 years, like presidents
I want you to know that I love the Giga-chad Core province into reduce war exhaustion. Red Hawk your developing a new meta for 1.34!
It’s the only way
As Florence, you could conquer the cities of Venice, Rome, Bizantium and Masyaf (province of Hama, near Aleppo, in Syria). In honor of Ezio Auditore of Florence and his ancestor Altair (Assasins Creed games from 1 to Brotherhood)
A man of culture, I see.
Coring Range is the same as Colonial Range, you just use the Colonial Range map and hover over the province and it will tell you if it is in range.
thats good to know
And about "posadik" - there were actually two guys who ruled Novgorod - posadnik and archbishop. Posadnik was elected by veche - something like a Parlament in Novgorod. By the 15th century there were more than one of them, but at that time Novgorod had become more like oligarchy than a democracy
You should've played tall, as the Frisians are the tallest people.
Aah, Friesland, my homeland… though it’s actually called Fryslân of course. Thank you for making her great, Red Hawk!
1:22
"Uahhh... why do I give myself these painful tasks!?"
Because we love you for them!
:D
Ok, you won't wait for letter T to play Florence. I guess, we will see Cusco in season "I", when there will be Inca nation. Also, I hope, you won't forget Karabakh in season "K" which shares the ideas with Armenia (considered unique on the Wiki).
Love how it shows Russian Russia when you still had your capital in Friesland
As Florence: Form Ultimate Absolute Supreme Shin Italy - by nationhopping as many nations that have permanent modifiers in their mission tree rewards as possible, such as Bavaria and Sardinia-Piedmont, before forming Italy.
I was going to recommend nationhopping to Two Sicilies too, but their permanent modifiers are really not that good, so I don't think it matters that much.

I formed Qing as Ternate the other day. I have never had such a fun and challenging game of EU4.
It’s funny that you declared a no-cb war on the province of Vishny Volochek - and I just returned today from this lands! Brought a ton of bilberry’s and mushrooms
"4 disasters looming at the same time" Sounds just like Russia.
1600 hours of gameplay and i didn’t know you could click nations as a whole for national interested like that. This game is awesome
tons of fun to watch
also, 14:58 captions say "i've been dabbing a couple of these provinces here" lol
@3:45 that is the best time to attack! Denmark and friends have boats to blockade Neva so you can land. If you wait for Muscovy then Novgorod's boats will keep you out since Muscovy doesn't have a navy!
And vassalize them once they lose to Denmark. That's the plan.
Garwhal... rhymes with Narwhal. So as Garwhal, conquer some of the provinces where narwhals are found in the wild. Like Greenland.
i remember in the ayutaya run where you also no cb byzantium in the 1500's
Garhwal, has wal in the name, so own the entirety of that other wall: Own the entire length of the Great Wall of China and become the Great Garhwall of China
Sad thing ia that you stop being peasant republic when you form Russia
As Garhwal, own all of the northernmost coastal provinces in Europe, Asia, and North America, to control the native waters of the narwhal.
Go for the Garwhal achievement. Owning and maintaining 52 Forts without going into debt
aaaand there we go, after like a week or two I've binged all the A to Z videos, lots of fun! :D
You were supposed to destroy monarchy, not join them! 😵
I love the challanges you give yourself. They are... stupidly entertaining :D
When I heard the power tools going off from the neighbor's place I thought it was a coalition or something declaring war on you, I was like rip
The Posadnik was the mayor or president of the Novgorod Republic. There's debate as to whether it was a democratic position or more of an oligarchy.
Four disasters ticking at the same time? It's Russia, alright.
"Russian Russia" LMAO
18:00 "Russian Russia"
18:02 ah yes, Russian Russia
Hey im from friesland. The farmers are currently protesting the government IRL😄
Any chance you’d ever do a beginners guide video series? I play a lot of CK2 but I have a really hard time learning EU4 mechanics
I think the game is using Beloozero to spite you
I'll be real with you, I don't think Hawk is reaching 100k in a month.
I hope someone is writing down all these penalties he has forced upon himself.
Always wondered how you guys can be this good
Big picture of Lenin lmao. I was gonna say he actually did it, but I’m not sure this campaign would survive much longer lmao. Commonwealth is strong, he only has poor af lands.
1:40 just play extended timeline, duh!
I won't lie, that beloozeroo was really, really funny. Almost as much as Russian Russia.
Florence has the prince of egypt achievment, but egypt is tech 20, so how about doing prince of persia, so form persia.
I like this idea :)
18:02 Ah... good old Russian Russia. Classic EU4.
Proto-communists did exist in the eu4 time frame. An example is the True Levellers or "Diggers" of England in 1649. Also the german anabaptists communist movement during the peasants war.
I forgot the game ended in 1820 and not 1800 so I formed the hre instead of getting the aeiou achievement even though I had 3 missions left 😐
As Florence, own and fully upgrade the Parthenon and Pyramids to get maximum advisor discounts.
You know... I know Hanover is coming up. And I can't help but notice that the Hanover flag looks almost identical to the Ryazan flag. Sounds like shenanigans to me.
Garhwal got a unique achievement about owning 52 forts so aim for that I guess.
I like how Burgundy always attacks Liege because the script doesn't show Austria's allies, but how come you never see Denmark try doing the same? Lots of small opms up there to attack, it would make sense.
I want to see the collection of all the stuff you have to do, if 100k does not work. Artillery only seems like a very harmless subgoal in comparison
12:20 NOOOOOOOO WHY U DO DIS?! 😱😖😩😤😢😭
I love that the closest thing to communism in EU4 is basically social democracies which are just chill and nice ideologies
Where are you from Red Hawk?
Głogów is fast aproaching ☺☺☺
"Russian Russia" at 18:09
Patiently waiting for Rostov
Not as based as stateless society, but still pretty okay
for the next Irish nation you should unite the celts if you haven't done it already
Proto socialism is the Pirate republic buccaneer faction and Revolutionary republic jacobins, peasant republics too ig
So am I a chad for not lowering war exhaustion before coring?
Yes, you are!
If you left the hre you didn't have to I think
You could have brought in the Russian provinces into the HRE, and then moved capital, and be Russia in HRE I think
As Garhwal, form Tibet. Or maybe even Ming?
Fryslân Boppe!
You check coring range from the colonial range map
Coring range is the same as colonizing range. And i know for a fact you know how to check that one
Lenin is young again!
What does "playing tall" mean
Playing tall is not expanding through military means and not taking land but devving your provinces to make insane amounts of income, etc.
Playing wide is taking land and expanding militarily.
@@Everest3000 Makes sense; thank you

Yup, congratulations, you created a historically accurate USSR.
why not get parliament? you already don't have nobilty estate xd
Back to the USSR!
Cheers.
Russian Russia, can't argue with that
F for the season F
That was cool
Very fun
posadnik is head of the city
Fryslân boppe!
A comment for the algorithmgod

Play Dai Viet
Ох уж эти советские эксперименты
Good ol' Russian Russia.

Frisian Soviet Russia? What a sad world when they ban Frisian flag because it's capitalist.

"Russian Russia"
Funny how the country is named Russian Russia...
