As a manager at Chipotle this is what I notice:

0:22 Scraping edge of knife on cutting board
0:28 Removing Victory Washed produce without gloved hands
0:34 That looks like ATLEAST 4 times the standard recipe card for Fresh Tomato Salsa
0:38 No glove on cutting hand (although this rule has only just changed recently)
0:45 Stickers weren't removed from avocados during wash
0:51 No gloves while mashing guac AND no hat

Yeah I work at chipotle right now and I enjoy it. Its been a wild ride with covid because of the safety standards we put into place.

@@shrekgamer4199 No, it's not. It's a lot of multitasking, handling lots of customer complaints, and keeping up with prepped food. This all depends on the location you work at. (The place I work at makes about 9 to 10k on average). In the end, you learn a lot but it can take it's toll on you.

Applied about 4 times! Applied for the 5th time, and got the job! It is stressful, depending on which position. And everything has to be on point.

Been a long time since I've seen that many crew working at a Chipotle. They want to blame it on anything else but their poor management. Well, that and just plain greed. They continue to add on more processes and procedures that slow up the work. The digital make line is a joke. Spitting out more orders at one time than it is humanly possible to complete. And your still putting together a huge catering order all while still trying to serve the actual customers in the building. But they insist that you can do more with less and less budget for staff. People wonder why nobody working there even has the energy to smile anymore.

This is more about Chipotle then it is about this particular location. They sent me a coupon with a coupon code in my email. I went to their app and placed an order. When I went to pay there was no place to put in the coupon code and they charged me. I tried canceling it through the app and through the website with no luck.
I went to the store where I set it in the app as the place to pick it up. The store wouldn't refund my money but, they did keep my order. They gave me a phone number where the manager said I should call and they would refund my money. You know it, Nobody answers that phone. When it clears my bank I'm gonna dispute it. Don't believe it when Chipotle says there's a coupon code. It's a lie because there's no place in the app to put it. They're customer service on all levels is disgusting. I've deleted their app. That's their reward.
