You just made this person a very happy person :) i was so disappointed in the 20.1 speed i was getting and the Backlight didnt know i had one 😅 i cant wait to ride mine in a couple of hours
I just went past 3400 miles on my Mars a bike(12 months of riding). So if you’re wondering how long your motor is going to last mine is still going strong at over 3000 miles. The PAS settings 1-3 comes stock at 50% power 75% power and 100%. Or 10-14-20 mph. Personally 10 miles an hour is a little bit quick for me to jump off at the start . there is a setting to change PAS 1-3. To 1-5,1-7 and EVEN 1-9!! Different traffic patterns require adjustments to speed. Try 1-5 an set 1 at 30%. I think you’ll like it I’m just now experimenting with 1-9.
@@terrybeaver4208 you turn it on, press and hold the + and - keys to go to the hidden menu, find the pas tab, press the power key once, and then change the values. If it shows 0-3, 1-7, 0-7 etc, those are the power assist modes. Press the power key to confirm and then you can hold power key to return to original screen. This is how it is on a heybike cityscape we have. Hope that helps
We just got ours a couple weeks ago on Oct 1. I should check to see if what I have. We’ve had them long enough now that I’m wanting to dive in a little deeper into things.
Wow dammit! I have a quite similar e-bike with the same controller and tried for ages how to get into the hidden menu. Thanks for showing me the ones I haven´t found before.
Omni!! I’ve had my bike for a year now. I got 2500 miles out of the first set of tires. Total I just passed 3300 miles. The motor is still strong and quiet. There is a setting to change from PAS 1-3. To 1-5,1-7,1-9!! I find jumping off at 10 miles an hour or 50% power is way too fast. If you’re sticking with one through three try 33% 66% and 100%. Different traffic patterns require different speeds. I enjoyed one through five a great deal. I recently started experimenting with the PAS 1-9. It’s standard settings walk you through the speeds very slowly and you can adjust to any other rider or any traffic pattern

@andreromero3331 - I understand what you are getting at since as I received mine, its set up more for trail riding and with the derailleur set to 7 the fastest I can comfortably pedal is about 15 MPH so to hit the 20 to 25 MPH the bike should be capable of you'll have to be pedaling at an impossibly fast rate so basically you won''t be able to provide any range extending pedal assist for very long and will basically be in throttle only mode at speeds over 15 MPH. We just got back from a ride, my husbands minis button started sticking, as he was pressing plus and minus a P came up in the PAS box and it started moving forward by itself, he grabbed the brakes and it stopped.
