I use to be a Target Starbucks barista for a little over a year now I’m at a regular Starbucks and love so much better. Most shifts were by myself for 2-4 hours and I did truck and food orders. Congrats on graduating and the new job. I still work for Target as a on demand team member but went back to my old departments on the sales floor cause I was on floor before going to Starbucks.
I also have been at my same job since 2017 (I’m 26 now) but it’s so interesting that I’ve given so much if my life and time to one thing. Congrats on your new job and next chapter! I’m wishing for the same 🤞

I remember when I used to work at target. It’s a really good place to work no color lines. No bullshit like that. Just a group of people coming together
As a Target barista.. i think its different.. We always have a Opener: 7am 2nd opener: at 8am 3rd shift : at 10am. Closers: 2 people 🙂 But with call outs.. you can go 2 h by yourself so I feel you on that as for your leaving. Follow your dreams and keep posting on your vlog. They are great 👍

Usually you follow around your trainer and they show you how to make drinks and then ask if you want to try and they show you cup sizes and how to use the register. When I was trained I just stood next to her while she rang people up so I can watch what she presses and those things.
