That townhome is nice! Like the neighborhood also. Soon come. 🤙
There are doers, there are dreamers and there are people who wonder what happened. I want to be the first and live my dream of living in Hawaii.
Best video yet Derek.
Awww I love that memory of ur step mom saying how beautiful it is! ❤❤
Thank you for showing me Kapolei area. Great consideration to live.
It really is! Let us know if we can answer any more of your neighborhood related questions.
Braddah Derek I love you’re videos on day when I’m ready to come back home I’m definitely going to hit you up. Aloha Jake from Oregon.
Thank you for the video. I agree life is short.
Thanks for watching, Benito! Glad to see you in the comment section again.
Kapolei is very Beautiful City ,Beautiful Beaches and beautiful Ocean view. ❤⛅⛰🏖🏙.
Over here in the mainland they call slippers- flip flops hahahaha
Love your videos! We are actually looking at a home in the Kumulani neighborhood of Makakilo and was curious on your pros/cons for the area and how the drive up the mountain really is like.
Aloha Robert. Congrats on targeting Kumulani! Break pads definitely suffer a little when living up there and having to come down. On the positive side, you have just about everything you need in Kapolei just down the hill. Can we set up a call or video conference to go over some of these details?
makakilo LOL better have good brakes coming down it's steepest incline here very cramped area great views of ocean though and coolest temp wise area 10 degrees cooler than ewa kapolei
How did you
Make out Robert?
I had left Lion Coffee on Kalani Street and needed to go to my storage unit on Ahua St. I had a ton of time before work. So I grabbed the first bus heading that way. Okay, fine. Until I felt the bus elevating and going on the freeway. All of a sudden I'm like "oh no where am I going?". The bus' next stop was Kapolei. Lol.
Our bus drop off/stop was in front of Walmart, which at that time wasn't open yet. No worries. I just crossed the street to come back. It all turned into a funny story. I wouldn't have needed that bus on purpose, as I had no reason then to go to Kapolei.
I thank you for all these videos! You're the best! I see the vinyl floor in the house you showed. That seems common, is there a problem with wood floors in Hawaii? Is it not common?
Oh OK. I like Kapolei. I think my kids will like it too.
There are soooo many families who feel the same way
We too have a Kroc Center here in Philly.
Does it have a water park too?
West side, best side!
Haha that’s what they say!
If I were to move back for retirement, definitely will consider it. Grew up in kalihi and it’s not a nice area to raise kids at all 😂
I think it funny that people criticize EVs because of the charge time, but ignore the wait time to get to a pump.
Humans 😅
If you are needing an ADA compliant house and are looking at a new build, how does that work, do you still enter through the lottery? Just curious to see how that works. Thanks!
"...and she was right. " 🥰
I don’t follow… 😆

@@Melissa-lo2lh ohhhhh ♥️♥️🤙🏽🤙🏽
did you go to mauka lani? I used to live up there in those small condos in makakilo too
I didn’t go Mauka Lani but I lived in Makakilo Cliffs and went to Ilima.
Does public trans run from Kapolei to downtown Honolulu and vice versa?
sadly they all seem to be leaving. ….a cost of living higher than bay area with wagesd generally comparable to
to Nevada and lower wage areas on the mainland …..the gap of misery!!!
yea you produced these before this current covid mess but you could market these videos and get great results on mainland interests though now it's stand still again nothing's progressing no travel no movements sad every place is slow slow
There's no aloha not even ohana- some are not even friendly these haoles- not so nice)
