Great video, giving me some insight into the work involved in how to change a water pump. I have a 2009 VW Passat CC 1.8 TSI which I love, It has recently developed a warer pump thermostat problem and I am told the whole waterpump needs to be replaced, Is this considered to be a very expensive job?

Glad it helped, This Job is not a Small Job & it is not a Big Job, But Make sure the connection Coolant pipe between water pump and the oil cooler is fitted right and Straight to not makes coolant Likes . Good Luck , Remember Safety First .
