The purpose of spaying is essentially if you're using a dino line you've spent a bunch of time perfecting, you can have cryo'd dinos in your inventory on PVP and if you were to get killed and the cryos in your inventory were obtained by an enemy, they don't get the bonus of breeding your perfected dinos.
This mod is amazing for sure definitely worth the download :) lol the count down is on road to 1000 and to think just a month ago I was counting down to 500 subs :) appreciate u watching and supporting as always
Spaying achitinas to put them on wander to make the achitina paste passively without them poppin out babies is one way to use the spay thing but really only reason to have spay feature is to make things you want on wander not to breed
So much has changed since this video as there have been major changes to the UI (tooltip, admin setting, etc), and even the way resource generation works (with more changes in the works)... Might be worth doing an update video at some point?

Pretty sure the whole spay/neuter thing even in SP is that you might want to sell dinos but not give away your bred line because then people only buy 2 and can redistribute them making a ultimate line unique to you wont exist
I have been trying to get mutations on my Rex’s using this mod but it doesn’t pick up the eggs even though they are very close. Should I just pick up the eggs and put them in the terminal?
I love this mod, ive had it since your first review and i like the updated pods and terminal, i think the gun should get an update. It's just weird to shoot cryopods from aglock lol, I painted mine.

You mentioned you were using this in Singleplayer and I wonder if you've had any issues with it not distributing fertilizer to nearby plots? I've been trying everything I can think of, have enabled the setting in admin panel , and yet it just leaves the fertilizer in the terminal indefinitely with a whole bunch of empty plots.
Have u checked the range of ur terminal I noticed myself today my default it sits at 0 (I was having an issue with the new born auto trap) but once I adjusted it (I also had to actual type the range number instead of clicking the bar to increase for it to stick) I have a feeling that could be ur issue for the fertilizer as well ur terminal is not reaching the plots

I already had this mod in my game, but recently updated it and now the gun pods are terminal are not showing up in the end or in my crafting menu to make them. I can’t craft new pods. Any idea where I’m going wrong?
Is it on your single player? I might recommend taking everything out of ur terminals removing the mod launch ur game log out and reinstall it if that makes sense…if ur on a server the server might need to update
Yes I’m able to throw them when the mod first came out there was an issue if there wasn’t enough space for them to deploy you would loose them it has since been corrected a while ago I personally have never experienced the issue

glad you got it all set up and yes you will just put a male and female in there and they will passively generate unfertilized eggs for your kibble farm. if you get yourself a bee that will passively produce honey in there for you also for your kibble farm and of course beetles will make fertilizer and fertilizer will automatically go into your crop plots :) an oviraptor can be put in there as well to increase egg production but not necessary
I’m sorry that happened to you there’s nothing worse than loosing all ur hard work …unfortunately tho I don’t think there is if it’s ur server u could roll back to a previous save and see if that works u might even be able to restore a previous save on single player but I’m not too sure
How do you get into settings in on Xbox using controller? Also spaying is only useful if you are selling your creatures and you don’t want others to be able to breed with it
Two questions so im wondering if the dino adjustments you can make like baby intetvals and what not if it stays to the server at its default settings? then secondly does automated ark co exist with this i could get automated are to stop taling cryos from other mod?
My understanding that whatever the interval setting are on the server for example like how gas they grow up what u set the terminal to will be multiplied by that so if ur server is default let’s say 1 and u have your terminal set to raise 2 times faster they will grow up 2 times faster in the cryo ball if that makes sense …I have ark automated and this mod on the server I run just don’t have the ark automated pulling from the terminal :)
Hmm that is very odd I have this mod on all our servers which are crossplay and honestly I’ve never had an issue with this mod …you’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling ? It might be worth checking on their discord the dev is usually very helpful if u have a problem
Since this video is now very out of date, I'll leave this here for future viewers: The admin settings have moved into the terminal, and you can configure if you want to enable cryo sickness, etc.
Whenever i go to use the terminal seting i cant enaable the boxes and it says this feature is enabled in this server and ive already clicked admin on the gun and im on console

Personally I’m not on ps5 but have no crash issues at all with this mod :( I’m really sorry ur having troubles cause this mod is awesome I wonder if there’s another mod interfering with it if u can I’d suggest joining their discord the dev should be able to help you :)
Admin settings are back in the terminal make sure your admin on the server and when you go into the inventory of the terminal the admin settings option will appear
@@hits975 I’m have tried with both the gun and Cryo pod. I get the menu to select tames but there’s no admin menu. I’m on console I’m not sure maybe the mod is broken on console atm

Is anyone having issues getting this mod to work on their server? I have it working on singleplayer and non-dedicated. I've reinstall the mod and moved the mod to the top spot on my server as well.
Help! Some how my the cryo console got locked and I can't access anything. Absolutely nothing I don't know what happened by I can't figure out how to unlock it. How do undo the lock? Don't have discord so I can't talk to the mod dev.
@@hits975 No I can't even open the inventory. My dinos are blank so I can't feed them. Ride, nothing! All I do is access the menu for the cryo console for the configuration. The console wheel is blank except the range, doesn't work now. And red pincel icon says rename, does nothing.
@@hits975 That would be great I'm still playing. But I have to tame new creatures as my old ones have nothing no wheel. But can access the machines even use them but I can't pick them up, destroy, ect. So, I can rebuild from that I can use the stored structures, gear, frig contents, smithy. It's like borrowing someone else's stuff. Really strange. Very Ark. Anyway appreciate any help. PS. The cryo machine is the thing I can't access, other than dinos.
Yupp lol you need to enable it in the admin settings you go into admin by holding the scs gun in ur hand and im on pc so I hold r to bring up the radial menu I should have a more updated version of this that shows it I think
But where the GOOD crossplay outfit mods 😞 I see a bunch of chibi nonsense and tech based stuff... but where is the recreated desert gear? Gear that actually looks functional

Can't decide between Pelayori's Cryo Storage mod, or Super Cryo Storage. Pelayori occasionally causes me to crash, does SCS cause crashes?
I personally have not had crash issues on any of the three servers I have it on…

For this mod you can uncryo them almost anywhere. You don't need to be near the terminal, unlike ASAs cryo terminal :)

Do the creatures you throw out come with a 300 second cryo cooldown? I run a pvp server and we are tired of accidentally throwing out sleeping dino
No you have the option in the admin settings in the cryo gun to disable cryo sickness so u just throw them out and they are ready lol

When you go into admin with the gun are you the setting the option in the admin menu to allow all the settings and then saving

Using the cryo gun in ur hand hold X and go to admin settings from the menu wheel that comes up (you have to be admin on the server for it to work)

Try typing the search bar of the console I know that ark data sometimes glitches and that's what you have to do to see it

Can it heal Dinos like in Dino storage mod?
Lol I can’t believe I never actually noticed lol but I think it does it heals the babies as they raise up in there so my gut is telling me it does
