I put the sausage in a Ziploc bag smash it down evenly and let the air out and then take scissors and cut around comes out the same thickness Enjoy your videos

BACON!!! What the heck, my diet was blown the minute I got my MB800 anyway. This looks awesome, and the whole neighborhood will be hungry when I put this baby on the grill. 👏😜
To get a more even roll, I suggest not putting it on a baking sheet with the wrap. I have tried that with meatloaf as well and it didn't work out as well as if I stuff it and roll it with out the weave under the meats. However, killer recipe and tastes great 👍keep it up.
Can this be assembled the night before and cooked in the morning? Also, since the eggs are already cooked, does this method of cooking dry them out? Can't wait to make it for thanksgiving morning.
Made the Armadillo eggs twice now. Both times a hit with seperare family gatherings.....next up Pork Fatties! This were delicious! But next time (same with armadillo eggs) I'm going to pre cook the bacon for 20min before making my weave/wrapping. I've noticed on the smoker they're still flexible at this point and nobody has to deal with the weird undercooked looking bacon that's against the sausage!
Made this in a whim this morning. Swapped the breakfast sausage for my homemade chorizo, used Black Forest Ham slices and slices of smoked Gouda. Glazed with Frog Bone taco sauce. Was amazing.

I bet this would be even better with some diced peppers and onions or perhaps diced jalapenos. Yummy as is for sure though.
