    I love apple cider vinegar rinses! Your hair came out great and you can really tell the difference. 😊 I usually just do a cup of water and a tablespoon of the vinegar but my hair is alot curlier and shorter so.

      Yeah I probably over did the vinegar a bit 😂 that being said, it did it's job, so I'm pretty happy with it.

      Great question! I would typically recommend once a month. You can do it more or less depending on your needs, but that's a good time frame to aim for.

    How color safe is this rinse?

      Great question! From my understanding, it is color safe. In fact it can help preserve your color since it helps lay down the cuticle and reduce the color leeching. That and the removal of build up will help colored hair look more vibrant.
      The only one concern is with blonde hair as it can make it look a little brassy.
