INGREDIENTS for 4 people:
- 12 chicken wings
- 200g of hot sauce 7 oz
- 100g of butter 3.5 oz
- 1 tsp of chili powder
- 1 and 1/2 tsp of Paprika
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 100g of regular flour 3.5 oz
- A little of vinegar
- 1 tsp of cornflour
- salt and pepper
- A pinch of sugar
- Oil

Just made it, turned out incredible. For the sauce I just used hot sauce and butter. I think it's the butter that makes it.

thanks for putting this video up, I just fucked around with the ratios to make a small batch of wings for my very 1st time, and I'm very impressed and happy with how it came out... not many places in Ireland do chicken wings in this style, its mostly like they all try copy KFC's bullshit.. I only got introduced to them when backpacking Australia, since being back in Ireland iv kept an eye out for them, I only know 1 pub in Sligo that does wings good enough to keep people going back for them, but its expensive because I always end up drinking loads of beer -- its great to know how to make something similar at home.. thank you
