How to crochet Jasmine stitch/ flower stitch/Baby blanket

- In this tutorial I will show you how to crochet Jasmine stitch. This stitch makes delicate flowers using puff stitches and for a perfect scarf that is soft and cosy.
For this project I have used DK yarn, however you can do this simple stitch with any yarn you wish to use and use the recommended size of crochet hook for that yarn.
This video uses US terminology. US single crochet is the same as UK double crochet.
So follow along and learn this beautiful and easy stitch with this tutorial with clear and simple instructions.

This is lovely but too hard 🥵 it’s the first crochet stitch i’ve given up on, too many loops at once on the hook specially if you are doing it with thick yarn
I would suggest for you to try with standard double knit yarn. Chunky or thick yarn would make it too difficult. Be patient. Some stitches take longer to master than others. Keep going and you’ll be fine 😊

What size hook do you use? Thank you.
I used a 4.5 mm crochet hook however I would suggest for you to use the hook size recommended for the yarn you are using. This info can be found at the back of the yarn label. Hope this helps.

Im struggling with starting the second row. I'm stuck on the bit where you go on to the third hole. I don't get the right amount of stitches 😡
You need to pull up 3 loops from 2nd hole and then 3 from the third and then pull up a loop from all loops you have on your crochet in one go.
@@KeepCalmAndCrochet yeah I know how to do it now. It took me a while to figure it out. 👍🏽
